The only reason it`s a 1 star rating is because I had to give it something. My rating would have been ZERO. I`m not happy with my experience at this dealership whatsoever. We purchased a car (paid cash), they claimed to have looked the car over and made repairs. They were not done correctly. We had to bring the vehicle back twice. Now the repairs they say they repaired, were not done correctly again and we had t... view moreo bring it to a reliable dealership to have more repairs that they completely missed. We`ve only had the car for one month and the car has been in the shop more than what we`ve had it. Fair and is fair. It was unsafe and they tried to put "band-aids" on the problems. There were MAJOR things wrong with this car. I`ve been in contact with them to make things right. Let`s see if they do the right thing. It`s hard to trust dealers and dealerships, but I`m totally upset about our experience and am sharing with others to hear and know. This dealership is in Katy, and their other dealership is HUB Mitsubish of Katy.
