I also experienced terrible Cu...

I also experienced terrible Customer Service. They put the wrong part on my car and then quoted the correct part at a cost 4 times as much as the original. They will not refund the original amount only credit it towards the correct job. I was able to get it done correctly locally for the same amount as I originally paid. I feel like this was a scam.
