Great Place Great Staff
I moved from California to Round Rock a few years ago. Since coming to Round Rock I have been using this Firestone exclusively. The staff is great Joe knows me by name and is always friendly. The manager Lee is very knowledgable and has always treated me fairly. I have recommended this business to all my friends. Great Job Guys!

Great experience at Firestone, I would recommend all my friends.
Staff is great. The only thing I can say about the first post is get a better truck, sounds like you have a cheap Dodge that has rear end problems and made out of cheap plastic. Sell the truck, quit being cheap and green about it. The other post if you cannot afford to maintain your car, get a bus pass. Thanks Firestone I will recommend all my friends to the Round Rock Location.

Never do business here!
I took my truck to Firestone for a vibration during acceleration that was shaking my truck noticeably. I asked them to check the U joints and other parts underneath and was told they were fine.
I was told that my tires, which only had 10,000 miles on them, were bad and needed to be replaced. After $1,000 dollars, they gave me my truck back with new tires, $300 more for an alignment, and a vibration probl... view moreem that was worse then before they started. I was told that they guessed the tires were not the problem. They then guessed it was the transmission was the problem and i should take it to a transmission place for repair. After 5 minutes at AAMCO transmission, they determined I needed new U joints and $248 dollars later, the problem was fixed.
During this ordeal, the vibration caused my dash to become damaged because the vibration got so bad. Not only is Firestone unethical in selling me things I did not need, they refused to deal with the cracked dash board as well. These people will never touch my truck again and I will tell everyone I know to stay as far away from them as possible. I have never been so disgusted with an organization before in my life.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! ! They offer unnecessay work and outrages prices!
I couldn`t believe the outrages list of recommendations they were telling me about my car. Over $700 dollars in estimates! Joe (the service advisor) was trying to use scare tactics on me to get my approval on the work order. Jose the technician should be fired for flat out lying about the repairs needed for my car. They should both be fired for dishonesty and deception. I had a feeling something wasn`t right, so I to... view moreok my car to 2 other places and I`m glad I did. I will never go there and I will tell others to stay away.

HONEST
I came in because i have been hearing some squeking every now & then with my brakes & had only 27,000 miles on my car. I was worried I would end up paying big bucks if if i waited too long. They informed me my brakes were fine & i prob have another 20,000 to 25,000 miles or so until i will need new brakes. I was happy they were honest & helpfull. Although i feel pretty silly.
