Great and simple experience

For a car buying experience, the best it gets!

Just bought my second vehicle here

I can honestly say that I have never had a more pleasant vehicle purchasing experience as I have had with Jeff Taylor at Northwest Dodge. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Jeffrey Taylor did an OUTSTANDING job of making this deal work. I bought a truck from him at the end of May. Had a bunch of problems that the dealership fixed. Due to all my hassles, he gave me a fair deal in trading in the problem truck and got me into another great one at the same payment, with nothing down. Jeffrey Taylor is a great one to work with. don`t believe advertising

Had a flyer from Northwest Dodge saying they wanted to buy my car for $7584. Thinking it sounded too good to be true, I called and spoke to a salesperson. She told me that indeed they would buy my car outright for that price as long as the car was running, clean, and had not been wrecked. I drove 30 minutes to get there only to be told, it is a trade in event, but they would buy my car for $2500. He told me the... view morey could have given me the higher price if I had a navigation system and leather seats, neither were an option in the car I have. I don`t appreciate false advertising. Salespeople who are not truthful. Or anyone wasting my time and gas money. Take your business elsewhere.
