Terrible Experience!!

Called 2 weeks in advance for early morning appointment. Just for oil change and replace bad fog light. Was promised to be done in 2 hrs. Three hours after dropping off car, I called and asked why I wasn`t called for pickup after promised 2 hrs. After smartass comment by Angel, I told him that I am coming to get my car now. When I arrived, I went to his kiosk and asked for the paperwork. After waiting 30 minutes, I ... view morewent to him again and he waived me away shouting just a few minutes. The car is ready to go and I am asking you to just give me the bill to take to the counter. Angel was busy talking on his cell and when he hung up 15 minutes later, I got my bill...paid, and got in my car. As I was strapping my seatbelt, Angel tells me to go directly to a autoparts store and changeout my battery. (my VW is only 2 yrs old and never had battery trouble)...I said ` sure` and started thinking about what possibly more did this dealer do to my car. Sure enough, I stopped at HEB on the way home and couldn`t start my car!! I had to get my insurance involved to jump my car and I headed straight to auto parts store and changed out my battery. I also noticed my battery cables were tampered with. Immediately, I checked over entire car/inventory and believe that they switched out my battery along with my front tires. My oil stick is not the original as I stopped back at the dealer to complain...showing my oil dip stick with the new one I just bought from VW. Don`t go there!! They will steal you blind!!!

I forgot to make arrangements ...

I forgot to make arrangements for a loaner but I was shuttled to an appointment. A very knowledgeable guy named Joshua Law spoke to my daughter and I about a vehicle for her in the near future. He was very pleasant and answered many of our questions about different models while we waited for the service work to be completed on my Jetta. Joshua made the service experience that day truly enjoyable.

I have only rated them with on...

I have only rated them with one star as there is no way to not give them any stars. They told me my 2005 volks needed a new engine at minimum with a starting price of 6000.00 and possibly up to 10,000. During the entire process the service department and the lead mechanic lied and acted very unprofessional! I took my car to another mechanic and my bug was totally repaired for less than 600.00. I own a VW Passat. I needed an oil change and was told it would take 3-5 days to perform but the car would have to remain on the lot or I would lose my place in line. How ridiculous is that!! . Spoke with Service Manager directly at VW and it seemed like a reasonable amount of time to wait for an oil change. This place is a joke!
