These guys are border line criminal! Do not give them your business. One of my cars was in a fender bender and the tow truck driver took it to Eastex Collision. They fast talked me into letting them repair it and that was all fine. So, it took over 2 weeks to get the body damage repaired (still fine)...then Josh called to tell me that the AC wasn`t working and the steering wheel was not aligned. At this point he... view more had pushed back the date with a number of lies and sob stories about why they could not complete the work. So, he said that they need to file a supplemental claim with my insurance company and it would be another 10 days before we could talk about completing the job. At this point I had it with Josh and his BS so I went and picked up my vehicle, paid the amount that was due and dropped the car off with Christian Brothers on Westheimer to fix the remaining problems that Eastex Collison needed 10 days and who knows how much money to complete. Christian Brothers had the car fixed in 2 hours for a total of $282.12. This seemed to be Eastex Collision`s normal insurance scam and meanwhile my company was down a vehicle and loosing money daily (we are a limousine service). DO NOT take your car to Eastex Collision, if zero stars was an option I would select it. These guys are clowns!

This place is great Brian helped me soooooo much, and he had great patience and customer service I am proud to say that I used EASTEX COLLISION. I didn`t know much about the procedure with car wrecks and Brian informed me that he would take of everything and he did!!!!!!! They even cleaned my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was recently in a accident , and my vehicle was repaired at Eastex Collision. Bryan with Eastex Collision was a total life saver !! My experience with this company was totally awesome. I Had my 2000 Mitsubishi Montero repaired here by Bryan M. And he was very helpful and explained the whole propress to me. I felt very confident in making my choice to allow this shop to do the work on "my baby", the repairs was done on time and the tec working on my truck looked over the whole repairs with me and Bryan. Thanks to them I have a new Truck again. ;-)

I do not recommend this place. the tow truck that came to the place where my car had to be towed took it there without asking me, The rental place only has a few cars available, did not return my deposit as they said they would, had to trade in rentals due to issues with them, they took much longer than they said they would to fix my car making me incur extra rental fees. Eastex Collision is the most unprofessional establishment I`ve ever done business with. Someone ran in to me the Saturday before Easter. I needed a new bumper and a few front end parts. No frame straightening. Just pull and replace parts. This Friday they will have had my car for 30 days. I was given 6 completion dates by Ruben. My Progressive rep even called me with several dates given to them by Ruben that were not... view more true. Ruben told me Friday that its taken so long because " they have had to work on other cars." The manager , Dustin said it has taken too long and they will investigate. My jeep has been sitting on a lift in the same spot for three weeks. I`ve been by there twice and have seen it. I should have listened to my gut and had it towed to Spring dodge. I should have checked all of the bad reviews about this place on line.

DO NOT have your car towed her...

DO NOT have your car towed here/put into this shop, lets make a list why... 1.) they have a storage lot for your car at only $200 a day, cheap...NOT 2.) they continue to charge you over the weekend even if you have made it clear you do not want your car there. 3.) they will make it the biggest mission to tell them you do not want them to work on your car, if you want it out, you basically have to DEMAND you want... view more it out RIGHT THEN 4.) when you finally do get a hold of someone to tell you how much it will be to take your car out instead of having those monkeys fix it, you will then be put on hold until you hang up, not kidding, i sat watching TV for 43 minutes with them on speaker waiting for someone to pick up, no one ever did, this happened each and every time i called, but when i was checking on the car i got a hold of someone almost immediately, almost as if they are trying to stall and gather another $200 per day, you keep trying to call and have it taken out. 5.) i have a 2004 mazda RX-8 and they continued to quote me over $500 for a rim, of which i immediately found one for $125 new, and if they`re charging that for a piece then labor must be a b***h to pay, 6.) they are scam artist, they basically take your car and keep adding storage fees until the fees are more than the worth of your car and they can keep it. 7.) i do not have a problem with the mechanics, for when i did talk to one he was very nice, and considerate, i just have a problem for the scummy business they works at. and these are only the reasons i can think of right now, im sure ill be adding more to this list. my advice, the dealership will be cheaper than this place minus the hassle. so DO. NOT. HAVE. ANYTHING. TO. DO. WITH. THEM.
