I`ve been taking my cars to Steve and his crew at US Auto Connection since it was pretty much just Steve. They`ve always treated me right and my cars even better. I just got my baby back and she looks great. I got into a massive hail storm this time up in Dallas, it was a mess! I did have a little issue with the paint job and had to take it back. Not a problem, they guarantee their work and treated me right, pai... view mored for the rental and re-touched the paint, it looks great. I suspect that if Lindsey on here were to find herself a really fast body shop, she`d either hate their work or not know enough to hate it.

Warranty Work

I own a Zink yellow colored Mustang and I had a very bad accident in about 4 years ago. U S Auto repaired my car and had to repaint the entire car. After a few years the clear coat on the car began to peel off. I took the car back to U S Auto and they had the owner take a look at it. They repainted my entire car again and fixed all of the little road dings AT NO CHARGE! They also supplied me with a rent car whil... view moree they did the repairs. They did a beautiful job with absolutely no problems! This day and time it is REAL hard to find companies that will stand behind their work with no questions asked! If you want your car repaired in a reasonable amount of time, DO NOT TAKE IT TO US AUTO CONNECTION

US Auto Connection`s tow truck driver showed up at the scene of the wreck, so I allowed him to tow my car. BIG MISTAKE...I stopped by US Auto Connection to get something out of my car and requested to sign a form to release my car to my insurance company so it could be towed to the proper repair facility. The owner pressured me to allow US Auto Connection to repair my car, and I reluctantly authorized them to make t... view morehe repairs (despite complaints I had heard regarding how slow and inefficient their repair services were). Repairs which were estimated to take 10 - 14 days, are still in progress at day 21. They keep giving me the run around as to when it will be ready, but there is always an excuse as to why it is not. I only had my car two weeks when I wrecked it, and I am currently wrapping up WEEK THREE in my terrible Chevy Malibu rental car!

Turtle Pace!

Well they took 2 weeks to fix a 4 day, at most problem! Maybe they just want to charge more hours to the insurance company! But hey at least they fixed my car! The customer service is not good! No Good Morning! No handshake! No my name is - nice to meet you! none of that here! Save time go some where else!!
