GREED. Have done a lot of business with them only because they are convenient. Took car in for exhaust repair. Was told by Mgr that it would take 3.5 hrs at i believe was $80 hr, not quite sure. the tech finished in 2 hrs and 45 min. went to pay and was charged the full 3.5 hours. Nothing but greed even after all the business i gave him. Plenty other muffler shops out there that can do a better job. I even had to tell the tech to level the mufflers he put on or he would have just left them crooked.
