DO NOT GO HERE!!!! BETTER OFF ...

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! BETTER OFF PAYING MORE AT THE DEALERSHIP!!! We took our car in to get a bolt cut off, and a belt put on, and a day after we got the car back the oil light turned on and the check engine light came on. We didn`t tell them to touch anything else, but they took it upon thereselves to "check" the oil. They drained our oil, and did who knows what else to make us come back. These people are SO ... view moreSHADY!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! They will do stuff just to make you come back and give them more money. We took our car back and confronted them, and guess what answer we got. "Well we can charge you $120 to look it over." Are you kidding me, we just paid them almost $600, and now he wants more money to figure out (what he probably already know since he did it)what`s wrong. We had NEVER had our oil light come on....and my husband can do more than the normal guy can to a car, so needless to say we never let the oil get that low...and you would think a shop wouldn`t let that happen either. On top of everything, James, told us the other guy that helped us almost had a heartattack recently..........hhhmmmmmmm wonder why. STOP SCAMING PEOPLE!!!! Times are hard on everyone now, and now we have no car, and no way for my husband to get to work, no way to pay our bills......all because of greed.

Shady mechanics

we took our car to Protect a car because the brakes were acting funny. I thought it was the brake pads but they diagnosed it as a different problem. A $600 problem. So they ""fixed"" it and a week later it started smoking. Took it back, they said there was another problem in the same area. When they ""fixed"" it the first time why did they not see it? They tried to tell us that it happened in the week between vis... view moreits and said it can be caused by having the car towed. Uhhmmm, that car has never been towed. The owner knew the mechanic screwed up and tried to make it up by offering free oil changes. No thank you. So why did we have to pay another $400 for a wrong diagnosis? Do not go ther for your car repairs. I read a review that a lady actually liked them and has taken her car there for many repairs...that should be your first clue.
