They are not a "mobile mechanic" since they "for liability reasons" cannot do anything offsite, their solution is a tow truck

Not so good
Whoever wrote the first review must own the place or is their lawyer. I`ve had to take a car back because a tire was noisy or wobbled. I thought it might fall off it was so bad.
Then I got a quote for $173 to change 4 sparkplugs on a Kia. Ripoff! Not to mention their $100 diagnostic fee which showed nothing wrong with the car. You have to watch these guys and keep them honest.

Service at it`s best!
We had our brakes done at this location. The staff did a free inspection before any work started. They detailed out all the services to be performed and gave an exact estimate.
They didn`t talk down to me or treat me different because I was female. I would recommend this Firestone station to all my friends.

Great service!
This particular Firestone has completed multiple services of several vehicles over a two year period and I am nothing but satisfied with the workmanship, price and timeliness. I highly recommend this location for your automotive work and have referred several friends who are equally happy. The location is easily accessible for downtown workers and the manager is excellent at communicating what work should be done.
