Relieved my car stress!

Oh man was I glad to find these guys! I was having such a hard time with the insurance and the stress of find a friendly place to get my car fixed! A friend recommended coming here and I am so glad they did! The people were nice, took time with me and made sure I understood what was going on! Wonderful Experience !

I took my car to a few body shops in town, but this was the only shop that was concerned not only with my car but also with me. Jeff Collins really seemed to understand the insurance process and the car repair business. Not only was my car beautifully repaired and restored, he was able to save me some money as well. Worst work and service ever!

I just got my 2010 Dodge Ram back. It had minor body damage to the front right corner and needed a headlight replaced. Well they messed everything up. When I picked it up they put in the wrong headlight. Who puts in the wrong headlight? The pin striping looks like it was done by my 5 year old. The horn is broken, it wasn`t broken when i took it in. The horn isn`t even near the damage. The bottom bumper cover is loose... view more, they didn`t replace the tabs. Also, when I picked up the truck they left the old headlight and engine cover in my back seat. I was told to come back on monday. The manager was unphased by my complaints. He could careless that I was unhappy and that my truck looked worse than when I brought it in. Do not go to theese guys. I am military and they said they would take care of me. Don`t be fooled by the ""support the troops"" bull crap that they tell you. Nonetheless, my ipod was stolen from my glove box that was attached to the radio.
