Not Very Professionals
I went to buy some new tires since i heard that they had a buy 3 get 1 free. The girl (clerk) in the service area was not very professional, it looked like she did not know what she was talking about, when i asked about the rebate she explained it to me poorly. When it was time to pay she did not offered me the Rewards Program that Pepboys offers therefore i did not get the rewards card. To make matters worse 3 days ... view moreafter a purchased the tires 1 of them came out defected (a ball came out), I went back to explain when the guy (clerk) told me that I had hit a pothole, I told him that they were 3 days old and that i had hardly drove the car, but he insisted that it was my fault therefore he was going to charge me $30 extra. He sent me to Marbach location (without calling) since Bandera was sold out, when I arrived at Marbach they too were sold out, clerk said that they should have called him first. He then sent me to Military location (he called) where they were very helpful and that I did not have to pay anything they also offered me the rewards card. I do not recommend Bandera location, I encourage for other people to write reviews about this topic.

Horrible!!
I took my car in for an alignment several months ago. As I was pulling out of their parking space where one of their "specialists" had parked the car, I noticed a very disturbing feel to the overall drive of the car. It was literally hoping!!!! I pulled right back in to the spot and went in to talk to an employee with "15 years" experience. I asked him why he didn`t tell me about the problem w... view moreith my car in the first place--he responded, "that`s not what you paid for". IF I wanted to have the problem corrected it would cost me an additional $60 and then more for parts. I was furious! The "specialist" who drove the car even stated that he noticed a change in the driving and failed to tell me! He said they (PB employees) are only required to tell someone about a problem with the car if it is life threatening! After reviewing the problem, they recommended i see someone else about my car. Six months later without a 2nd opinion, my car is fine! Horrible customer service. Never again!!
