Purchase at Park Place Lexus
I couldn`t ask for a better experience with my recent purchase at Park Place.... My salesperson: Tony Acosta made everything easy.... he consistently followed-up and made sure everything was taken care of to insure the quick delivery of my vehicle... I have already given his name out twice to friends currently shopping for cars and I will definitely be back when I get ready for another car.

Truly Outstanding Experience
I worked with Brian Safianow in New Car Sales who was nothing but professional and friendly at every encounter. For such a large purchase, it took my wife a while (several months) to finally settle on the right car and then be sure everything was within our budget. We must have test driven a half-dozen vehicles with Brian who was very accommodating and long suffering :-). He was able to not only save us a lot of money but also got us setup with great warranty thru 125k miles and maintenance for 100k miles to give us worry-free driving for years to come at 2.9% for 60 months. Excellent service
While shopping for a new car, my wife and I contacted a number of dealerships (competitors as well as other Lexus dealers) and had a several experiences that were just marginal at best. From start to finish the team at Park Place showed attention to detail, excellent listening skills and an overall professionalism that were top notch. Great Experience
This was the first time that I went to Park Place. I wasn`t sure what I would be in for but I was pleasantly surprised by the service. I thought that it might be a high pressure situation, but I couldn`t be more wrong. I worked with Adam and he was able to get me into a really nice new Lexus without making me feel pressured to buy.

Exceptional Service
We will likely buy all of our cars from Jason Huber at Park Place Lexus in Plano. Jason is extremely professional and did not push us into a vehicle. He took his time, and helped us work through the financing to find the best deal for our family. Excellent Service
I have sold a couple cars over the internet but have never purchased a car sight unseen. Incredible Experience - Great dealership.
Bought my second Lexus from Park Place Lexus in Plano - experience was incredible. I found the car online from their website on my iPhone - awesome mobile site! The facility is really nice and the sales associate couldn`t have been more professional and accommodating. Returned my emails fast and we hammered out most details online. Not all it could be, but I`m still here...
My dealings with Park Place Lexus have been good enough. Our purchase experience was good...well above average, but not amazing. Service WAS great!! I purchased my vehicle in 2007 and actually looked forward to taking it in for service. They actually sold gelatto in the little cafe, they had a wonderful kids room with a beautiful fish tank, free coffees, teas, waters; several sitting areas and reading materials, as w... view moreell as TVs. If you preferred to run other errands while your car was being serviced, they would provide you with a free rental car; you could come by any time for a free car wash; and if it simply didn`t fit your schedule to come in, they would bring you a loaner car, take your car in, service it, and deliver it back to you wherever you were (within a designated area...I think the metroplex). But NOW, they no longer provide loaner cars unless your car is in for major service, same with the pick up/delivery service. The gelatto is gone and so is some of the magic. The last couple of times I`ve taken my car in, they`ve called after I dropped it off to let me know that there would be additional charges for the service I`ve requested. They did (at least) seek my approval before proceeding, but it isn`t the same experience they provided just a couple of years ago. I`ve never had the same service assistant twice. They can look up my car/service record when I call in, but apparently can`t track who helped me last time?! On the plus side: every service has been performed to my expectations, within the time estimated, and I`ve never had to take the car back to have something that was ""fixed"" re-examined.

Terrible customer Service
Salesperson was probably one of the rudest people I`ve ever met. He didn`t introduce himself. Very condescending like a typical used car salesman. We were shopping as a responsible consumer would do. We told him that another dealer had given us a really good price and wanted to see if they could do something around the same range. He said no. We told we would have to go back to the other dealer. The other deale... view morer is Sewell Lexus. He said ok and walked away..no thanks, no nothing. They`ve lost our business forever. Park Place Lexus will not wash your car for you if you brought from another dealer, but other lexus dealer will wash your car if you brought it from them. Seems like Sewell Lexus of Dallas is customer service oriented, but Park Place is not. BTW, the salesperson name at Park Place Lexus was John Pak.
