Careless Installation - Poor Attention To Detail - DAMAGE!!
These guys are sloppy & they don`t care about your investment. I took a brand new Nissan 350Z to them for a simple radio install & had to return three times before the work was completed - not to my satisfaction. First they didn`t have all the parts required despite scheduling my appointment days in advance. They tore the interior of my car apart & failed to reassemble it correctly. I immediately noticed the cent... view moreer console was loose & pointed it out to the sales associate - who gave me some lame line about poor pressure fittings & sent me on my way. As soon as I got home I took the console apart myself & found the problem immediately - it wasn`t aligned properly & two out of four pressure fittings were not engaged - problem solved. Reluctantly I returned a few days later to have my sattelite antenna installed only to find days later that reception was horrible & I had to schedule another appointment to have it moved! Another Friday afternoon shot to Hell & my car`s interior torn to pieces - yet again. This time, after they tore the interior apart I was informed - the antenna was damaged & they`ed have to order another one. I stood my ground & magically they produced an antenna. Two hours later - antenna installed, they pull my car around....there is a huge scratch on the roof, a scratch on the headliner, pieces of my interior are either not installed or loosely installed. I tried to discuss these issues with the manager & I was informed the car was in this condition when I brought it in - which is completely false! I showed the install tech exactly where I wanted the antenna positioned on my roof & I would have seen this scratch - you`d have to be blind to miss it. Now, I am paying out of pocket to have my roof repainted - car has less than 3,000 miles - thank you very much & the interior has been scratched up, torn to pieces & put back together 3 times - for a radio install. If you want to sit by while your car is destroyed - Joseph`s is the place for you.

honesty and integrity
they did everything they said they would in less time than they said. best price in town by over 100.00 on a 200.00 job. everyone else said they would have to special order the parts and the labor was over 100.00 by itself. very honest and did what they said they would on a difficult task. what`s not to like? thanks, joel.

AVOID JOSEPH`S AUTO TOYSTORE IN MESQUITE
PLEASE GUYS!!!!!!! Adhere to this message. Everyone on here is right...........DO NOT GO TO JOSEPH`S!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those imbasils over there don`t know what they are doing. Their employee turn over rate is so high because they can`t keep an employee. They also overcharge you for the most simple job. I had a buddy buy some rims from JR`s but went to Josephs for some minor repair. I went in to the store and aske... view mored about the truck and they said, ""Yeah, we just put those rims on their. Aren`t they sweet."" Not knowing I knew they guys truck it belonged to. Also my testamony is they put in some power locks on my car and needless to say they haven`t worked since 5 minutes of being installed. Lastly, yes Joels brother Siril is an a$$hole. Very rude to every customer. He must be gay and needs a good bangin. There`s nothing worst than a man with the attitude of a woman. I know some of you are gonna overlook this and not believe what I`ve said so go ahead and be my guest. Just remember I tried to tell you so.

These guys are alright.
Is there a happy person on here?
I`ve been using these guys for going on 4 years now and never had any problems. I`ve had everything from window tint to XM done by them with no troubles. Actually my tint is 2 years old but still looks new (no bubbles, etc).
My remote start did go out after 3 years, but they fixed it with very little hassle and luckily it was still under warranty so all I was out is ti... view moreme.

ok first off this place is a f*$#ing joke they sell mostly cr@p they buy off ebay {you think things really take 7 to 10 bussiness days} not even the owners cars are nice. i`ve heard that one of the owners cyeril (cj) is a total a$$ to every one so dont take it personally when he treats you like sh!t. i could rant about their work all damn day long but i got to fix one of there warrantys if you want to use them by all... view more means please do i charge by the hour so when i fix their work i can charge more than the job would have cost in the first place . They ruined my new car!!!!!! And almost caused a horrible accident!!!!!!!!!!!
After getting automatic locks put on my new van we realized that the lock button they used was already worn. A couple days later as I was driving down LBJ with my two babies in the car the wiring and electrical boxes underneath the steering wheel console dropped in front of the brake and gas pedals! I couldn`t reach the pedals to stop my car on the HWY!!!! We took it back to be fixed and were puzzled by the way we we... view morere treated! They acted like an apology was a big deal! They also seemed unbothered by the fact that they had done a horrible job! A few days later we couldn`t even get the doors to open! I just wanted automatic locks-now my doors wont open! So of course we took it back-yet again. Still they acted rude and like we were bothering them! As if our time isn`t valuable!!! So now we have a horrible lock job, we are still missing the panel that goes above the brake and I am just waiting for something else to go wrong! We should have just spent the extra money at the dealership! This company should be shut down! I can`t believe we didn`t get our money back! I am furious! Save yourself the trouble and go some where else!

Do not go to Joseph`s
I went to get a remote start and alarm on my VW Jetta. Not a big deal really. First of all, they charged me $600. Way over priced for that type of alarm system, but i didn`t know that until I did some research for myself later. But that`s not even the worst of it.
About a week after it was all installed and everything, my car wouldnt start. I had to push start my car for about a week and a half before they could "... view more"schedule me back for another appointment."" When i took my car back, they said ""yep, your starter has gone out. If you want us to install another one, it will come to $900."" WHAT!!! They messed up my starter and now want me to pay to fix it? What kind of business is that. They didn`t agree to replace my starter until we had our lawyer give them a call, and even after that they still charged us the installation fee of about $150. Well then after that they told us that the starter now hangs up about 75% of the time and there was nothing that they could do about it, so take it or leave it.
We then took the car to an auto mechanic to have a look at the starter. He told us that it was one of the worst jobs on an alarm he`s ever seen, and that when he opened the place where the alarm ""computer"" was stored, the whole thing just fell down in a big tangle of open wires. They left unactive wires just hanging there without a cap on them. You could call that a fire hazard. So back to the starter, it cost me another $690 to get that replaced 8 months later so i could sell my car.
So nearly $1300 and a year later i have an alarm system on my car that goes off at random times and doesn`t respond to the remote half the time.
Thanks a lot Joseph`s! You guys do AWESOME work!
If i could give them a negative number of stars, i would.
