I think they are a great company to get are car! Tommy helped me every step of the way and still helps me as much as he can when I come in. I had a freak out moment not too long after getting the car because I was not sure what the "maintenance required" light was but he helped calm me down so he could explain it to me. I will continue to to business with them as long as I can, they are wonderful!!!

I had nothing on my credit but unpaid student loans. Tommy and Rick went out of their way to help me. After trying 11 other dealerships I was about to give up when I decided to stop at the dealership on a whim. Big Josh &amp; Rick are great! My first time buying from a dealership and had no problems everything went smooth. I didn`t get a chance to finance this time I ended buying a cash car. If you don`t have perfect credit this is the place you want to buy from.

We traveled 45 minutes to get to this dealership. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient with me on the phone with all of my questions. He made sure we were taken care of from the start and even walked over to shake my hand upon our arrival at their lot! Everyone was straight up with us, friendly and really made a point to get us out of their in a timely manner. We knew everyone had our best interests at heart. I was so nervous going there because usually purchasing a new vehicle can be so painful and long and drawn out. customer service was great there at texas best preowned. Josh and the rest of the crew really know how to treat a customer. These days its hard to find honest dealers who will be upfront with you. Just because of the honesty I will be coming back to buy my son a car.

Helpful staff

My wife and I needed to purchase a new vehicle after my truck was totaled. Someone recommended Texas best Preowned We purchased our first vehicle without any issues, after six months we decided we wanted a car so we took the vehicle back and upgraded without any complications the staff was again very helpful. I would recommend them for anybody looking for a vehicle.
