4 years of outstanding service!

Four years running and the service only gets better. For the past four years I?ˆ™ve been coming here to do business. I?ˆ™m happy to say this is excellent service every time I come in here. Today we went for our regular maintenance routine and while my wife and I waited we went and walked around looking at vehicles for fun. I have got to say, not only has Fazeli been taking care of us for over four years and haven?ˆ™t had anything but great experiences since day one but now have made us the happiest we?ˆ™ve ever been. Fazeli Mitsubishi treated me like a millionaire

Why is that every dealership I?ˆ™ve been to they act if you don?ˆ™t look you can buy then you?ˆ™re not given the time of day?! World Class Service

I went yesterday to Mitsubishi Fazeli cause I was searching the internet and I heard a lot of good things about this dealership but I didn?ˆ™t think it would be this good. From minute one til the end Mario took care of me and got me a 2009 Altima 2.5 with low miles and a payment lower than what my budget was so now I?ˆ™ll just pay my car off quickly. I?ˆ™ve been car shopping for over 4 months because I need an SUV that works for me, my two kids, and my dog. I currently have a car that?ˆ™s ok but I need something that?ˆ™s safe and spacious and am not worried is gonna break down on me as I am a single mother, I worry about the safety of my kids. Last Thursday I took a day off and decided to go car shopping after my car overheated on 635. I must have been to 5 dealerships and was treated like dirt and kicked right out of every dealership, most didn?ˆ™t even want to try to help aside from trying to sell me a car I clearly did not want?ˆ¦ on top of being pushy and aggressive as if I?ˆ™m incompetent and know nothing about buying cars. After almost giving up I walked in to the last place I said ?ˆ?no more car shopping I give up!?ˆ? I drove by Mitsubishi Fazeli and immediately the vibe was just different. I was immediately greeted and instead of pushing me asking about how much money I had to put down or what my credit was like, they clearly only wanted to find me what I was looking for. I was hesitant that I wouldn?ˆ™t be able to buy it because this was best test drive I have ever been on.. completely smooth, only 11,000 miles on it, a beautiful color, and keyless entry, heated seats (which my kids just LOVE) , I mean I just got way MORE than I though I ever could, I feel my prayers were answered with the way I was treated and the SUV that I wanted and thought was a far reach. Now i?ˆ™m driving a 2009 Mitsubishi endeavor that rides unbelievably smooth and completely makes me and my family safe. I want the whole world to know that the people at Mitsubishi Fazeli will take care of you and best of all beat ANY DEAL OUT THERE! Do not buy from this dealership. They will do everything possible to get you to buy a car from them. Lie, refuse to show you records and contracts, etc.. I bought a car here and it broke down a week after I bought it. After a big hassle, I finally got some of my down payment back, but they kept a big part of it.
