Extremely unprofessional service! I just got my 2003 VW Passat back today and the entire interior was smudged with grease! I had the front axle replaced as well as the front brake pads replaced for a little over $800. I don`t have any issues with the repairs or cost. Only time will testify to those issues. I do have issue with the deplorable condition my car was returned to me. Grease on the front driver ... view moreand passenger seats. Grease on the steering wheel. Grease on the ac controls and radio. Even grease on the glove compartment latch!? Why would there be a need to look in the glove compartment? Grease on the floor mats - front and back! For the amount I paid today I just wished they have given my car the respect and care that I have given it. If you must do business with this garage then I suggest you cover your interior with a tarp or an old blanket. They just don`t give a damn!
