anyone who goes to these people will regret it real quick! And I honestly think all these 5 start reviews are the owners of corral trying to up there status. Because there`s no way I would recommend them. They should be shut down by the bbb!

These people got money from a customer of mine for a rear axle for his Dodge truck. It took him nearly four months to recieve his rear axle, but was told it was a positive match for replacement. As I dissassembled the rear end of the truck I discovered that the lift blocks that fit the replacement axle that had already been intsalled were the same that came on the truck. This puzzled me because the axle we recieved f... view morerom Corral Autoparts had different lift block holes for the lining up of the axle on the springs. As I continued (after altering the blocks to fit) I also discovered that the swaybar mounts were different. From center to center the original had two bolt holes that measured 3 in., while our replacement had holes that measured 3,1/4 in. from center to center. After also modifying the axle to fit the original swaybar mounts, I discovered that the swaybar doesn`t line up at all. This will neccesitate a different swaybar for the axle. As if this wasn`t enough, the driveshaft yolk is also the incorrect size. Now I must remove both yolks in hope that the other will fit. This part cost my customer more money and time without his truck than what had been projected. This is not a difficult job. This job has cost both me and my customer time and money and has proven that this place of business is unreliable for the identification and location of suitable replacement parts, and character needed to perform their job(s) with good quality and customer service. Shop elsewhere if possible. Also, so my customer would have the information, he never recieved the information about the truck the axle came out of, other than it was from Missouri.

january 19th a part was ordered ...
January 19th corral auto parts stated they had a rear end for my disabled father`s truck. He gave them a deposit and they said it would be a week or so before they could get it in. It has now been nearly 3 months. When we contacted them, the woman there got a horrible attitude with my father. Awful service
Don`t ever do business here. I ordered my part over 5 weeks ago and still havent received it. I tried getting my money back and she got an attitude and was soo rude. They have awful customer service. She refuses to give me my money back so I`m still waiting on my part that she said would only take no more than 2 weeks to come in. I will never buy from them again

Horrible People!!!!
I called this place because my window on my car was broken and I told them what was wrong with it because we didn`t know what the part was called that we needed. We told them it wasn`t the motor we knew that worked. The woman said we needed a window regulator. So she put in a order for it, my husband went to pick it up they gave him a window regulator which was not what we needed. We needed the window clips that come... view more made onto the window. Which we told them from the start that`s what we needed but didn`t know what they were called. I had to take it back up there on a monday and the man figured out what we needed he said the one they had there was broken and he would have to get it from their dallas store...he also said it would be there the next day and that they have lunch in canton and he would bring it by so i wouldn`t have to come back out. (which i thought was so nice and i really appreciated) well tuesday, wednesday, thursday came and gone i called everyday after lunch they kept telling me they didn`t have the part but it would be there the next day and they would bring it. Friday after lunch when they never brought it i called back and the woman answered. She told me "we don`t have to bring it, we don`t even have to exchange it, but it`s up here you can come pick it up monday" (very rudely) We shouldn`t have to bring it to you either your husband was the one who got the part wrong not us." I told her "im not trying to be rude but your the one who said it was the window regulator, but that`s fine i`ll come and get it monday."(I never asked them to bring it to me. they offered) Monday when i went to go and get it the woman was nice when i got there so i thought just thought maybe she was in a bad mood on friday, after she got the part i said "yeah that`s the part". I took the part and turned to walk away. I turned around to see if there was something i was supposed to sign and right as i did that she said "f*** you then just turn around and walk out" (yes she did! not like yelling it at me but she did say that!) I just kept walking out of the door, went outside to make sure this was going to fit my car because there was no way i was coming back, then the man come outside to help me, after we made sure the part was going to fit i asked him who that woman was and he said "my wife" i told him what had happened and he said "why did she do that?" I said "i don`t know i guess because i was leaving??" he said "oh she wasn`t talk to you she must have been on the phone" (she wasn`t on the phone and he wasn`t in there when it happened) so no i would not recommend this place! the man was nice but with his wife the way she is i`m surpised they are still in buisness...

Don`t Trust This Place
I called this place several times for a specific part I was looking for. Michelle said they had it, how much it was, etc... etc.... I called a couple of more times before going over there cause a couple of days had passed since the last time I had called and I wanted to make sure the part was still there. She assured me it was. I said great, I will be there in the morning. Showed up, she went to the back, came back t... view moreo the front, was looking through her books, and guess what? She said she did not actually go look at the part the previous times I had called, she was just going by memory, and the part she had, was the wrong part. It would not fit my truck. I said okay, now what? She said it was in her warehouse and she could have it tomorrow. I would need to leave a deposit (which was for most of what the part cost). I said okay. Left the money said I would call her in the morning. The next morning she did not answer the phone all morning, then I finally got in touch with her after her lunch break. She said the delivery truck had not come yet, she would call me when it did. I waited all day for a phone call. Nothing. Next day, I call again. Took forever to get in touch with her. Same story. The delivery truck had not come and I was calling to soon and she would call me when it did come. This went on for a week. I finally decided I was going over there to either get the part, or get my money back. Guess what. The part was sitting right there in the front of the office. First words out of her mouth when I told her who I was, "did we call you?" I said no. Paid the remainder of what I owed on the part and left. Not only was the waiting and wasted trip over there and back (it was about 25 miles from my house to her business) and numerous phone calls too much to put up with, but her attitude the whole time was extremely nasty. She talked so bad to me on the phone I felt like I was a kid asking for a favor instead of an adult who was a paying customer. I will never again use that place and will tell everyone I know and come across not to use that place. Horrible experience.
