WARNING! Wish I could have given 0 stars! STAY AWAY FROM ANY OF THESE CAR PLACES. I bought a car and have been screwed ever since. I am struggling to make my monthly payment on top of paying a mechanic to fix it every two weeks. Past year 1/2 has NOT been fun. While I am paying this horrible company for a piece of crap car I am having to take a taxi to work because the car is broke down! WARNING! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!... view more!

Don`t waste your money.

They will tell you anything to get you in the door. We went and got a car from them and was told that out payment dates would be on the 25. Well come to find out its NOT. It was on the 13. That date would not work for us. They WOULD NOT move the date. My husband gets paid on the 20th. That made every single one of our payments late. Its not like we didnt tell them this when we went to go the truck in the 1st place... view more. Well anyways. My father passed and I had to come up with the money for his burial on my own. Called time auto and told them I was going to be a little late. There answer was NO. Give the car back. I was not going to more then 2 weeks late. Also in the 18 months that I had this car it has been in the shop 3 times. And the 3rd day I had it already needed a oil change. They dont service the cars before they sell them. I would just not waste my time or money with them again,

CROOKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

THIS COMPANY IS VERY VERY BAD! THEY ARE THEIFS, STEAL EVERYTHING YOU WORK SO HARD FOR. THEIR CONTRACTS ARE VAGUE AND THEY CAN AND WILL STEAL YOUR CAR. I put $3500 down for this car that has sevice problems from day 1, CONSTANTLY BREAKING DOWN! I was 3 days late on my payment 1 time due to having to constantly be taking my car to a mechanic and they came like theives in the middle of the night and took my transpo... view morertation and now will not give it back. They are demanding the full note to be PAID IN FULL!!!! Do not deal with this company at all - the state will be getting a complaint and the BBB!

Great Service on Fixing my Car

My Honda had a check engine light, which they fixed quickly and for less than the cost of one of the parts alone from the dealer. Thanks for everything, guys!

Disappointing Customer service and Overall horrible experien

they sold me a 2008 Jeep Cherokee in october of 2009 - i did not receive my tags from them till June 2010 - once i finally was able to get my tags (which i had to send someone to go get from their office because they would not mail them to me, but would give them to a perfect stranger) The jeep began to act very strange, ie: start it self in the middle of the night, roll the windows up and dow the their own and the g... view moreovernor would kick in randomly throttling down to 28 mph, often when i was traveling at speeds above 60 mph, causing the engine to redline and forcing me to pull over. when i called Time auto Sales regarding this issue i was met with a complete unwillingness to help, even to tow me to safety. Upon further research with Chrysler in attempts to get help from them i found that the 2008 Jeeps have a factory issued recall which had not been addressed on my Jeep according to their records. The recall was to prevent the type of issues i was experiencing from happening in the first place as there is a known issue with the SKIM key and Anti Theft systems in this model. when i presented this information to Time Auto Sales i was met with hostility when attempting to resolve the issues regarding their business practices - i was left without any help from a company that sold me a vehicle with a active recall on it and not able to afford the repair work required to get the vehicle operational again. I have now been forced in to a situation where i have missed work because of this and am now having to seek legal help to get anything done. As a consumer i would advised to keep your business with a company that has a track record of outstanding service as well as a willingness to handle these issues in a professional manner - nether of which i can say time auto sales has provided to me.

Customer Service and Friendly Atmosphere

We always do a research on any company that we are going to deal with. I was bit skeptical on this company when we read the reviews. We took a huge gamble on this company. We haven`t had any regrets so far. My wife and I bought two vehicles from Robert D. in the span of three months. Both times were an awesome experience. I would highly recommend this place. The people that works there are very friendly and courteous! We could have gone to anywhere else when we bought the second vehicle but we decided not to, but to go with Robert because of this.

I think Time Auto Sales is great

We bought our truck from Mac Haik Dodge and it was repossesed. I found my same truck here. I bought it for thousands less and my monthly payments were even lower than when I set it up with Mac Haik. My down payment was high, but they worked with me and let me pay it out in payments. I have one more payment and it is mine. They`ve always worked with me if I had to pay later than my due date. They are a Typical Low Budget Car Dealership

My Mom is about to pay off her car also and if she is a few days late they are hassling her where ever they have a number to. They put a cd deck in the car that didn`t go with the car, and promised to fix it within two weeks when she first got the car. Then when she went to have it done they claimed to not have said it. They are cheap scapes, but GOD dnt like ugly.

HORRIBLE ..

To much money to put down, when you have problems with the car they don`t help fix it.. Then if your a few days late they act as if your never on time.

When your on time they don`t even care..

Never will I go back or recommend someone to them.. Most of their cars have problems, they don`t tell you about..

TIME AUTO WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR THERE FINACE COMPANY TIME ACCEPTANCE
