Generating Business for themselves while working on my car

While putting on new tires they broke a lug nut and stud. They offered to fix it but they wanted me to drop it off another time because they said they needed to order a part. I called several times to see if I could bring it in and they said `not now`. I let some time pass because I was frustrated with how they were treating me. Of course my car didn`t pass the state inspection because of the missing lug nut and ... view morestud. When I went to them again they would not fix it for free but wanted to charge me $60 to fix it and could do it in a few hours. Interesting, how they couldn`t get a part for days and now for $60 they can fix it right away.
