On Friday, March 22nd, we received an email from Randy stating simply ?ˆ?Please call me.?ˆ? Call it premonition, but I let my wife call Randy because I was at work and I figured it wasn?ˆ™t going to be good news. Boy was I right. When my wife called Randy, he said that the vehicle that we reserved and placed on hold by complying with filing the online financing had been sold to someone else. Randy told my wife that the... view morere was another Mazda CX-5 exactly like the one we wanted at another dealership and that he would contact them and call my wife back in 30 minutes. Some hours later, Randy called my wife and advised her that that car had been sold as well but hadn?ˆ™t been taken off the inventory. Randy told my wife that he could get another Mazda CX-5 like we wanted in 7-10 days. My wife told him no thanks. My wife had to cancel the car rental we had reserved and the cancellation cost us $10. In Randy?ˆ™s first email to us, he states, ?ˆ?My only desire is to sell cars and make my customers happy so they will return again and again and refer their friends and family to me. Plain and simple is my goal.?ˆ? This is one buyer who Randy did NOT make happy and will never return again, nor refer anyone to. My wife, who was without a vehicle at this point because she had sold her car decided to go out and buy a Honda CRV at a local dealership the next day. Thanks Randy Leyva and Mazda of Mesquite for a very disappointing experience! Matt & Paula Nation of Oklahoma City

Mazda of Mesquite is one of the best places for car service/maintenance and Bobby Huggins is the man!!! He has a warm and pleasant greeting as well as a great attitude. His customer service skills are excellent. In addition, he goes way beyond the normal call of duty. He makes having to get car service a little more tolerable and the rest of the Mazda of Mesquite team is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Bobby, k... view moreeep up the greaaaaat work!!!!!!!!
And I want to acknowledge three other great professionals- Ken Johnson, Cory Traylor and the receptionist- Donna Anderson

I just purchased my vehicle 2 weeks ago. My transmission broke on my Honda Civic and I was out of a car. In a rush I contact the internet sales manager David Scott for a quote. All the hassle of car buying was eliminated by utilizing emails and phone calls. Had it not been for Mazda of Mesquite I would still be without a vehicle. The price they quoted me was way below all the other dealers in the metroplex and ... view morethey even through in extra incentives for me having to drive all the way to Mesquite (I`m from Arlington). Not only did I drive out of the lot within 2 hours of arrival to their sales department, but I also finished all the inquires by the third day. Total time to purchasing a vehicle was 3 days and 2 hours - awesome quality and support.
Thanks - I love my new Mazda 3 iSport

Fantastic Service Dept******
i brought my car in for an oil change and i was treated like an important. The service manager stopped by and spoke to me while i waited for my car. 5 star service deserves a 5 star rating. I even purchased a keychain while i was there. The parts dept was an A+ place.

Wife took car in with manual shifting problem. I`m a mechanic and looked at car next day while on their lift. Estimate included parts that were not needed and a quick fix with a bolt instead of a stud would have put the detached shift base arm back in place on the transmission. Also misrepresented the maintenance items with saying coolant needs replacement due to color and I had just replaced the coolant with green A... view moreutoZone 5 yr stuff last month. Seems as if the technician/mechanic was not well trained and did not recognize that green is also a valid color. Or the guy just wanted to try and sell some further work thinking that a woman wouldn`t know any better. Tried to sell more unneeded maintenance. They will try and rip you off and not do an honest amount of needed work with exaggerated estimates and maintenance needs. A 15 minute job took 3 days and $282 for a stud, 2 washers and a nut put onto a transmission bell housing. Take your car somewhere else to get things done. Appears to be border line crooks.

ABSOLUTELY terrible. Not only ...
ABSOLUTELY terrible. Not only did they lie about the condition of the car, it wasn`t even the same as what they had advertised online! I`ve dealt with numerous problems with my new RX-8, and had issues the first day that I drove it off the lot. I`ve been dealing with these people for over a MONTH now and every time it`s the same thing. I get nothing but unreliable service and they give me the run-around. The sales ma... view morenager insulted my intelligence on multiple occasions, and didn`t seem to care at all when the issues with my car could have been life threatening. To top it all off, after an entire month of one problem after the next I noticed that when I purchased my car, the inspection sticker had been expired 4 months previous to me buying the car. My question is, how do you sell a Mazda certified vehicle and the registration be expired?
These people are crooks. Absolute. Crooks. I`ll never buy from them again, and I would never recommend them to anyone (especially my friends and family). I spent $20,000 on a car for peace of mind, when really all I got was a death trap that ended up being a money pit, as well. I hope no one ever has to endure the horrific and traumatic experience that I did with these people.
