Got a Volkswagen GTI from these guys. They gave me a broken car. Paid 8000 freakin bucks and they gave me one which had broken axels, no high beams head lamps, worn out breaks. I need to spend a ton to get everything straightened out. They also made me run a few times to get my plates. DON`T EVER BUY FROM THEM.

Was really concerned about some of the comments but really wanted a car they had. So took my Dad with me to check out the car and he thought it was good so I bought it. They gave me the carfax and told me about warranties which I bought. About 3 weeks after I bought it the car had a problem and took to a VW dealer and they fixed the problem and it was mostly covered with the warranty. So it has already paid for i... view moretself. My opinion about CGM Auto Group is good. This is the second used car I`ve bought and trust me, this one was so much better than the last. I`d refer people to them. For the money they have good cars. I`m sure some are better than others, just gotta know what you`re buying.

DO NOT BUY from CGM Auto Group...

DO NOT BUY from CGM Auto Group. They do not even deserve 1 star. The owner continually raised the car price which is not negotiations. Should have been our first indicator. Instead we agreed on a price but within 24 hours, the car had to be towed. Repairs were $$$$$$. Very poor business. Legal recourse is in process. Save yourself time, money, and problems and don`t buy from CGM Auto Group.

CGM auto sells horrible vehicles!!! They sold me a car that was in a flood! Watch out for these guys. Ken and Jesse. I gave them $4,600 cash for a vehicle that is a 100% piece of junk! Dont be stupid like I was and by the way, yes I did get the carfax and it was clean! Go to a good dealership you can TRUST to spend your hard earned money on!

Quick, simple, and easy deal. They showed me the vehicle, test drove it, and then came in and did paperwork. I wanted money off but when they showed me the blue book value I realized i was already getting a good deal and went with it. Ron helped me out and was very patient throughout the whole process. Despite other comments, I`d recommend them to anyone. I`m a single, female college student and I don`t feel like they took advantage of me. I did my research. And their prices were good. Took car to Firestone to check it out and it was good. Had it for a couple weeks now and it`s been great. My opinion - do your homework and make a good, educated, informed decision.

Just bought an AWESOME car from Jesse. I almost didn`t go there based on some of these reviews, but I really wanted the car they had so I took a chance. I took it to my mechanic to have it checked out first, and for the most part it all checked out, so I bought it. I`m happy with the car and the price. Just FYI, you get what you pay for people. I didn`t expect my $5000 car to be "perfect" like a new car...s... view moreo I did buy one of the warranties just for peace of mind. So IMO, I think the place is good. The people were all nice, especially Jesse who sold me my car. And the price was good.
