buyer beware
these guys just stole my car at one in the morning and they send drug dealer types to do it. my monthly payment start next month and some kind of way they claim I`m two payments behind. just like with the other person they claim to not have proof of this and that. I should have known better when at the office donny told me the 10,000 mile difference on the papers and the actual car didn`t matter. I think that may be ... view morea federal crime so I`ll be looking all into that. another thing is the payment schedule. they tell you they only finance for two years (I have an actual recording of the "woman" saying it) and then the payment seem to go for nearly 4 years. I have every interaction with them saved on my SD card so court here we come. oh and they send you to a place down the street to get inspection from some propane place and they just give you a sticker without hooking up the car so that`s one more thing to investigate.

Beware of West Oaks Auto Plaza...
Beware of West Oaks Auto Plaza. I purchased a vehicle from them in December 2010. Aside from their unprofessional staff and over priced vehicles, they have zero business ethics. After accepting my $4,500 down payment for a $17,000 car, they suddenly were unable to receive timely payments and began wanting to seize the vehicle. I provided proof of the money orders that were submitted but they started asking me to come... view more to their office. Which was strange so I Googled their company and realize this was a tactic for them to take the vehicle back. For lack of a better word, the woman that began calling me was shady. I believe she was the owners wife and continued tio play devils advocate. She said I paid too much. The owner was ripping me off and she was going to mediate if I would just return the vehicle. She said he could possibly return some of the down payment. Really? I did pay too much and was on board BUT I wanted something in writing. I read other reviews where they lure previous clients back and guess what? No vehicle! How can companies operate this way? I later received my payments back from Wells Fargo. The payments I sent via bill pay were never cashed! I`m sure they operate by re-selling the same vehicles and taking the down payments from unsuspecting folks like myself. I was hoping they would realize their errors and want to work with me, never happened. One day my husband went outside and the car was gone. They never returned any of the items in the car either. I think they peeled the inspection and registration stickers so I couldn`t drive it, I can`t prove it but it`s very suspicious. My husband was the last to drive it and he left a box of extremely personal and priceless items in it. I filled out an online pollice report but nothing ever came of it. They never sent the plates so we couldn`t even drive the vehicle. I should have known better than to purchase there. There were red flags; used car salesman ambiance, unclear answers about the terms of the contract, suspicious owner... but at the time I needed something ASAP and went alone. Which I wouldn`t recommend. I`d like to hear from others. I was trying to begin a lawsuit but my attorney friend completely dropped the ball. Any others in the same boat?
