Awesome Salesmen

RUDE LIARS Horrible experience
Service department is HORRIBLE!! They quoted me an hour and a half to replace my radio, it took them more than two hours, they were extremely rude and constantly confused me with someone else, Scott Williams had an attitude with me half the times we talked, it became obvious he had me confused with another customer that he apparently did not get along with when he repeatedly called me by the wrong name and had to ask... view more what problem i was there for every single time we spoke! I had a cd in the player that was not stuck, they only had to press eject, but after it was over and i asked for my cd back they said there was no way to remove it and i may or may not receive it back in 7-8 weeks, but no guarantees.. when my car was returned the clock had been reset, when working on the car the mechanics must disconect the battery for safty reasons, when they reconnect the power the clock resets to default 12:00. BUT when I got my car back the clock said 1:45 so the power had been connected for an hour and a half, which means I waited two hours when the mechanic was done in under 15 minutes.. I placed a complaint with the service manager Rusty Wylie but he did not seem to see a problem, he argued with me about my experience being ""the norm"" and was very dismissive. I wish I had read the other reviews before I wasted my time here. There are WAY TOO MANY DEALERSHIPS TO PUT UP WITH BEHAVIOR LIKE THIS

Overal Visit
I was looking for a Kia Forte Koup 2011 Dark colors. Kia-Central Kia of Plano had great selections for the Forte Koups. I was expecting to purchase a Forte Koup 2011 in a dark color with simple interior and exterior. Joel my sales person came with a great selection of Forte Koups with an outstanding deal. Worst Dealership in Texas!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT waste your time going to this dealership, they will promise you whatever they can and they will even let you drive off in the car. But you will get a call saying that they can not finace you even though you have good credit.. And they won`t even give you a good explination just that it would not work.. So my advice to anyone is to stay as far away from Kia of Plano as possible.... I am going to the Lewisville ... view morelocation and they have given me a much better deal.. So go there instead...

Nice Kia Sorento but Salesman and Finance People bad
We really love our Kia Sorento, but had a bad experience with the salesman and finance person. They pressured my wife to no ends. I was at one dealership across town working a deal on a new Sorento and Central Kia people tell her she can not get into a Sorento but can get her into a Sportage. I was approved for a Sorento and called her then all of a sudden they can get her into one also. The finance person at Cen... view moretral told her they would match what I was being offered across town, so I went up there to do the deal and when I got there all of a sudden our Sorento was not equipped with all of the things I was offered on mine. They bad mouthed the other dealership and we ran out of time to return across town to do the deal with them. We live over 125 miles away and I took part of a day off to do this. I will never do business with Central Kia again other than Service on my SUV because I am tied to them on that. I will let others know not to do business with them also.
