I`m from Houston. I had a Prius but it got totaled in an accident. After doing some research, I decided that I still wanted my Prius with the same model and year. I looked online and saw that Mondial Auto Sales had the most great price and it was better than my old Prius. I was looking for leather seats within the same settlement price that my insurance offered for my old Prius. When I drove to Arlington from Houst... view moreon, I found out that the car was everything I was looking for and it came packaged with bluetooth and JBL speakers. I`m extremely satisfied. I bough the car &quot;as is&quot;, and I have had it for over 6 months now, and there has been no problems. I`m extremely satisfied with the price and condition of my car. I had bought my previous Prius brand new, and this car was used and drove as if it was brand new. The dealer/owner was very nice. He made the transaction as smooth as possible. I even got a lower interest than the previous Prius because of his advice and recommendations. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great customer service

Sam and company were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful to me in the purchase of a car for my daughter. I had been looking for days and finally found what I needed with them. The purchase was handled very professionally and quickly. I would recommend this dealership to others.

Best place to buy a car

I bought my first car at Mondial Auto Sales,and second and third,and all the cars were without any problems, then I bought a car in another place and got a lot of problems. I changed almost half of parts. And now only Mondial and nothing else!!!!!! I recommend to all. The BEST place, LOW prices and GOOD quality!!!!!

Great car dealership

I have had great experiences buying cars from Mondial Auto Sales. I previously purchased a truck from Mondial a few years ago and that truck ran marvelously and still is running till now. I recently went back for another purchase. I bough a beautiful Audi TT and it is running fabulously. Anytime I am looking for a new car, Mondial is the first place I come to. Buy from another place!

We purchased a BMW from this place and were told the vibration and noise we were hearing on the test drive was the muffler. My husband needed a vehicle to go to and from work right away, so we believed them and bought the car. Afterwards, we brought the vehicle to Kinneys Muffler in Bedford and they said the muffler was fine, but the catalytic converter was shot. They showed us the cat and it was bad, so they replace... view mored it. I drove away thinking it solved the problem of the noise and vibration. Was I wrong. Over the next 6 weeks, the noise got louder and it started vibrating really bad upon acceleration. I brought it to a BMW shop and they looked it over. They said the drive shaft was in bad shape and needed to be replaced and that would cost about $900 to $1000 if they could find a remanufactured driveshaft. I told them about Mondial telling us that it was the muffler. The BMW guy looked at me and said that there was NO WAY a competent mechanic would have mistaken a driveshaft failure for a bad muffler. He told me that he was sorry, but we had been ""taken"". So, this beautiful little BMW sat in our driveway for 6 months while we saved up the money for a new driveshaft and I had to bring my husband to and from work every day from North Ft. Worth, close to Alliance, out to Grand Prairie for months. We got it fixed on Halloween 2008 to the tune of $980. It has been a year and a half since we purchased the BMW from Mondial and it is now a great vehicle. We love it. But, only after spending well over $5,000.00. Between the full retail price of $2750, plus tt&l, and $400 on a cat converter, $980 on a reconditioned driveshaft, $200 on a flex disc, $60 for a new thermostat, and various leaks we weren`t told about, etc
I would never recommend this dealer/seller to anyone, nor will I ever consider buying from them again. They do have good prices on their vehicles generally, but now I know why. And we did not even get a great price on the one we purchased. If you read this and still purchase from them, do not say you weren`t warned. The only reason we didn`t go back to them and complain is because we did not know the exact problem until we had the vehcile for more than a month. My point in all this is that we were lied to. The mechanic and the owner knew it was a bad driveshaft and knew it would take a month or so of driving for the problem to become obvious and by then it would be too late to go back to them. They KNEW this! I hope this helps keep someone else from making the same mistake we did. P.S. The other reviewer is probaby the owner`s brother or friend doing him a favor by posting a positive review. Don`t be fooled! My review is totally non-biased, and I have proof of everything I state here. I would love to post a good review for them, but they just don`t deserve it.
