Jeno Autoplex in Watauga TX was the BEST... Mike Davis was very honest and really took time to understand my needs of needing a more roomy car. I was looking for a van and Mike paired me up with this 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan with 47000 miles on it. It was in great condition, new tires, great Car Fax. so i just did business with Jeno Autoplex and im completely satisfied with the results. when we first arived Mike came right up to us smilling he was so polite and he was helpfull he showed us cars that i fell in love with, but we wanted to look around other places also he understood and gave us a business card. we went to five other places they were completely rude and pushy and un helpfull so we called Mike , he wa... view mores so helpfull with are situation and he understood. when we went up there to get the car he made sure i loved the car and wanted it he had everything ready for us . then he made sure we were comfortable while waiting . Very easy and enjoyable

The overall experience with Jeno Autoplex was very easy and enjoyable. Mike was very helpful with our situation and the dealership worked very hard to earn our business. I just happened to come across the dealership and was very pleasantly surprised by the up front and honest attitude of everyone we worked with there. This was totally opposite of the experiences I have had in the past having bought several vehicles o... view morever the years. We were forced to file bankruptcy last year and were very hesitant to look for a newer vehicle. Mike was understanding and non-judgmental, he put us at ease very quickly.
