BEWARE under new management. S...

BEWARE under new management. Still has Earl Scheib Signs up but new company name is Erbiti Paint and Body on Tax license and Invoice. Place is GARBAGE. They did a mediocre job on my car and customer service is horrible. First on the day of pick up I get there and look over the car and there is over spray and bubbles in paint. So I had to wait around for about an hour for them to do wet sand and polish it back up.... view more Afterwards I look inside the car and there was primer over spray inside the door jams and there is bondo on the side of my seat and on my side step. And all the dust from sanding was inside the car everywhere. So I let Sergio the owner know and he looks at it and shrugs his shoulder and said the car was dirty like that when I had brought it in. And I kept telling him he need to clean it. So he tells one of the workers to clean it with a air hose. And just blows the dust everywhere! I just tell them to stop. And I get in the car and notice that the stereo door I closed and took the faceplate out of is open and the faceplate was on the stereo. So I check the glove compartment that I had locked before I gave them the car is now open. And my wheel lock key was gone and I look at the cup of change also and all my quarters dimes and nickels are gone. So I tell him what all I am missing and that he has a thief working for him and he denies denies denies. So I just left and did a charge back on the credit card payment I made. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

An honest shop among so few

The manager Cody White is an Honest Joe in a town full of insurance crooks. My car was damaged sitting on my street and I only had liability insurance. His shop was the first place I thought to go, after thinking of the occasion of last having my car renovated as a teenager. He gave me a fair quote, repaired my body damage, and I got my entire car painted as well -- which I had been planning to do anyway soon. Th... view moree shop does good work with urethane paint, and not cheap enamel. Needless to say, the other shops (the ones that are not Earl Scheib) I took my car to stunned me -- they told me my car was totaled, and that it was even foolish to repair -- RUBBISH. It was a minor fender bender. Cody White saw that and made sure my car was fixed properly. Go there please if you want an honest repair.
