Great reputation holds true
I took my truck here under the guidance of my insurance company and man was I glad I listened to them. I have always been a dealership body shop customer until now. What would normally take the dealer 3 weeks took them 1 and the work was perfect. Easy, hassle free and all backed with a lifetime warranty. Can`t complain except that it was way off of the freeway. Worth it though.

I truly appreciate the quality work done to my car - it look
Thank you for following up on my repair work. I was impressed with Service King. It was extremely helpful to have enterprise pick me up from the location, and Tommy was kind enough to keep me posted throughout the process of my repair. I truly appreciate the quality work done to my car - it looks great!

HIDE EVERYTHING YOU OWN
I WAS FIRST TOLD MY DAUGHTER`S CAR WOULD BE READY IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. THIS TURNED TO 3, AND THEN 4. IT LOOKED GOOD WHEN SHE GOT IT, EVEN THOUGH AFTER DRIVING 130 MILES TO GET IT ON A MONDAY WHEN SHE WAS TOLD THE FRIDAY BEFORE IT WAS READY -- SHE FOUND OUT THEY ""FORGOT"" TO DO THE PIN-STRIPING. 1-1/2 HRS. LATER THEY WERE ABLE TO GET HER VEHICLE. THAT`S WHERE MY MAIN COMPLAINT STARTS. MY DAUGHTER HAD GRABBED ... view moreEVERYTHING SHE COULD THINK OF OUT OF HER CAR WHEN SHE LEFT IT WITH THEM TO BE REPAIRED ( HER BOYFRIEND PICKED HER UP LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER HER WRECK AND SHE WAS STILL IN ""SHOCK`). BEING A TRUSTING PERSON, SHE HAD NO CLUE SOMEONE WOULD TAKE ANYTHING. WELL, SHE LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON. MISSING WERE AN I-POD, SUNGLASSES, SEVERAL DOLLARS IN CHANGE, AND QUITE A FEW CD`S. EVERYTHING THEY DIDN`T WANT HAD BEEN MOVED TO THE TRUNK. TO TOP IT OFF, 1/2 TANK GAS WAS MISSING ( SHE FILLED IT UP MINUTES BEFORE HER WRECK). I E-MAILED THE MANAGER AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD THAT HE APPRECIATED ME TELLING HIM ABOUT THIS AND THAT THEY STRIVE TO SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS,, HE`D RE-EVALUATE THEIR POLICIES, ETC., ETC. I REALIZE THEY AREN`T LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR HER LOSS, BUT YOU`D THINK THEY WOULD MAKE SOME KIND OF GOODWILL GESTURE TO SOMEONE WHO`D JUST PLUCKED DOWN OVER $3,000 AND APPARENTLY BEEN ROBBED BY ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. I GUESS NOT.
