I came here last week by a friends recomendation, I recently moved to Dallas and needed to know a goood auto repair shop, being a women it is hard to find a place you feel comfortable about. When I walked in the door I was so happy to see another woman behind the counter, but as steriotypical as it may sound I was scared she may not know what she was talking about. I would recomend this place to any of my friends who ask (and even the ones who dont)

I RATE THEM Minus 10 STARS. PLEASE DON"T GO HERE OR ANY A1 SHOPS. Stop and think before you give them your car and your money. I went in to get a diagnostic done on 8/11 /12 because my car was making a loud noise and the check engine light came on. They told me I need a oil pump and a timing chain kit that would cost me $850 but the lady that works there "Samantha" said she will help me out being its... view more school time and me being a single parent so they will do it for $625. So that Monday 8/13/12 I called them and told them I will be there with my car. That was all good until I got there they told me parts wouldn`t be in til Tuesday, so I said okay left my car. The next morning I called them to see if part was in said it was the wrong part, had to wait til Wednesday until they can redeliver the right port. All find I was cool with it. Wednesday came and got a call saying it was going to be a problem because they was quoted the wrong price the first time so it was going to be over $2000 of work which I did argue with them spoke with the so called owner Adam McCarthy and he said he would work with me even thought they was loosing out on money and they would only charge me $1000. Event though I still didn`t agree I said okay how long will I be with out my car "well it will take 12hours so should be ready by Thursday. That day came and left so called again on Friday not trying to rush them but to get a status since they don`t call you. They still had to put car back together and also another issues came alone that they where trying to fix. So I called the so call owner and he said will give me a loner vehicle something they should have done in the 1st place. Got loner car after catching bus everyday to work on Friday evening. Saturday came and left with out a call. Sunday closed. So A whole week passed with them having my car and it was only suppose to be a 12hr job. Called them on 8/20/12 @ 10am Monday morning to find out about my car the man said the part they ordered was defective and had to order another part which they wont have til tomorrow. WOW so I said well y`all knew Sat when I brought my car in that I had to go pick up my kids before school starts and I was waiting til my car was fixed but since its not I`m taking your car so he call the so called owner and he said tell her to come pick her car up and we wont charge her nothing. Okay I thouht to myself dame they must have messed up my car bad. So I called the so called owner Adam back myself and he said he ordered my part and it will be there in the next 30min are so. They will fix it and have it ready by 3pm. He call me and said now I need a tune up and now my car was mis-fireing. It wasn`t doing that before I gave y`all my car so I get to the place because they was so called done with the car, test drove it and its jerking every time I`m in idle, still hear the noise and on top of that my radio isn`t working. All they want is your money no one that works there are CERTIFIED I will be getting me a lawyer. "That`s just the short version of the story" PLEASE DON"T GO THERE YOU WILL LOSES YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE PROBLEMS AFTER U LEAVE". PS I can`t get that man name out of my mouth but you will know how I`m talking about because he always says "To be honest with you" when it`s all LIES..... My lesson is learned. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK THERE OR EVEN any of the A1 auto shops they are all the same people "CROOKS"

They were great and did a good job on the car. They were mice enough to give me a loaner and that was appreciated as well.
