My car gear shift locked up in the parking lot of the home depot. I called the dealership and asked what my husband could do to unlock the gear shift. I did not get the service reps name but he was very very nice and helpful and immediately talked to his mechanic would be over in a few minutes to help get my car going until I could get it to the dealership the next day.
