When I dropped my truck off for paint and light body repair I was greeted by friendly staff and given precise details what was going to be done to my truck and the amount of time it would take. I was also told the price it would cost. Since this was going to be paid by me and not by my insurance company I was especially interested in the price. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the time it was done in. I feel that I was given a very fair price as I had checked with a couple of other shops in town before I made my final decision. If I need auto body work done in the future I will not hesitate to come here first.

DONT USE THEM!!!

My husband and I have used body masters 4 times since 06.The reason we chose them in the first place is because they were on our insurance. The first three times they did wonderful work, we couldnt have had better job done, they were very friendly and caring that is why we kept goin back! I wish I could say same this last time. When I brought the vehicle to them I walked out there with PAM BULL (very rude) to show h... view moreer all the damage and she said no problem. They didnt fix 2 things on the vehichle, we went back to show it to them, they refused and said that the damage was already there. On top of all that, the right front rim that was damaged and suposed to be replaced now has a chrome defect (some sort of stain lookin thing on it) but i`m tired of fighting with them, I mean why just so they can be RUDE and deny it again. Also before this LAST time that they worked on my vehicle I sadly recomended them to 2 people from the town I live in, and neither one of them are satisfied either. I hate to see what was such a good business go down like this but it has. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! THIS WAS THE LAST TIME THEY WILL HAVE EVER WORKED ON ONE OF MY VEHICLES, and beware the ladies in the office need a major attitude adjustment!!!

customer service

My car was repaired in this shop because my insurance agency had it as there prefered. I was new to the area and though my insurance company would have picked a good place to take it. I am sure the work they did on the vehicle might be great but that can not make up for common respect and lack of putting the customer first. I needed to get my car out of the shop and needed to give them 2 checks as my nephew had pa... view moressed and the car I was driving was a road hassard, one they could look out there window and see was not fit to put anyone in, but I needed it out to take me and my three children to the funeral it had no air condition the brakes were bad, so I needed to get my new car out of the shop. I offered them a check for 250.00 that day Wen. and another for 250.00 on Mon. the next week and I explained that I needed the money to get the gas to drive the 600+ miles to get to the funeral that way there would be no problem with the check and I could still have enough to pay for the gas to get there. First they refused to do that then they refused to take my check as it was from my La bank out of town. I moved her to go to school I work hard for a living and do my best as a single parent it is not always easy I would have loved to pay for the car, but what can you do when you are new in town and know no one. This was a funeral that could have been verified that I was telling the truth and the fact that it would have been safer for my kids to ride in a sound car should have been considered. However the world now revolves around everyone for them selves instead caring and helping people around you, and if that is the way they run there business they will get no more of mine. I am a business owner I am glad that sometimes I may have to help someone out to help them get what they need and that things happen which are neither forseeable or planned, but I have found helping someone only helps your business not hurt it!!
