I`ve been here before a couple of years ago and it wasn`t all that great but I believe that was when someone just bought and hadn`t quite fixed everything up, but even then the staff was really friendly and welcoming. I just went back there a couple of weeks ago and that have really fixed everything up, and I just want to congratulate them. Lack of Resort

Wouldn`t even give it one star but it makes you, i stayed there for 2 years due to my work. When the old owners where there it was alright old bad location by highway rough neighborhood but decent price. Since the new ones that talk nice and are friendly acting, the rates have went way up and the park got nothing new but overflowing trash and a rougher crowd. The shop which consist of anybody they can find, do very u... view morenprofessional get by jb weld repairs(i have proof in my trailer). And decided when my trailer was on consignment that they would just come in and take whatever parts they need to fix other trailers and left it tore apart. If you need a consignment your way better to do it on your own because other than the stealing of parts and abusing of your property that you would think you can trust them for all they do is put it on craigslist (which is free) and they have only put mine once in the last 2 months(as far as craiglist goes back)and thats because i was in town for the holiday and decided to stop by and they pull the add up magically like they were just doing it. I scrolled thru 2 months and not a post other than that day. All in all i recommend to go somewhere else

misrepresentation

not a nice place to park due to the fact it`s right next to a busy interstate.

abandoned cars are abundant in the park and makes it look more like a junk yard.

Safety was also a issue as we pulled off the access road because of all the graffiti on the fence that surrounds the park. we weren`t sure if we had entered gang territory.

UNhappy Camper--wont be going back

Accomodations are less that desireable!!!!! Picnic tables broken, grass overgrown, bathroom facilities the pits. i shouldve known walking into the office which is a complete DISASTER area that the place was dirty but thankfully we only had to stay 1 nite. I dont know where they get off calling this place a resort.

""LAST"" Resort

Everything about this place was wore out 20 years ago.
People are friendly enough. No cable TV. The ""free"" wi-fi is a joke - available only in the laundry room, other than that you pay. Other colorful inhabitants are Sanford & Son, along with Captain Ron. Laundry room - wore-out machines and not very clean.

DONT Waste your time!!!

We dropped off our RV for repair 2 weeks ago because the awning broke off and cracked the skylight and vent. We asked that it be repaired soon or stored in the garage to prevent more damage. We were assured more than once repairs would be be made ASAP and that it would be stored inside. 2 weeks later---ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!! These people are all talk!!! Not only is our RV all wet inside becau... view morese of recent storms but they havent dont a thing and we are suppose to be taking our RV out of town this weekend. Dont waste your time with these people...its a joke. Oh--and i saw the facilities when we dropped off the RV--this is NOT an RV "RESORT" ...its more like RV HELL...

Its even got a fishing hole!!!!

I must say the employees were great. Very helpful indeed. It was our first time in San Antonio and we WILL be back. I would live at the Trails if i could. Looking forward to our next visit!!!

Little Help Need It!

Restrooms was not cleaned on a daily basic.
No Heat Or AC in the restrooms or the laundry room.
Pinic Tables broken down, missing or taken apart.
Washer and dryers in laundrt room did not always work right.
Trash on the property all the time...on the lots, on the roads, and around the trash area.

So What? is going on here..lol
