Poor-Fair does not even describe how BAD Louetta Automotive is. I took my car for an OIL CHANGE and surprise, surprise, they FORGOT to put the oil in my car. My engine was ruined so they replaced it with another one (not new, USED engine). During the replacement I spent a month fighting with everyone who works at Louetta. Not only are they incompetent, but they are RUDE!!! Even the president of this company, who I ta... view morelked to, was RUDE! They made it seem that all of what happened was my fault and I was inconveniencing them. Once they replaced the USED engine in my car, I went to pick it up and it had a huge dent on my hood. They knew they did it and they still tried to give me my car back with the dent thinking I was not going to realize. Then, they did not want to pay for the rental car I was driving while they were "repairing" my car. It was fight after fight. Finally, when I got my car back, there were sounds I have never heard before. I took it back and they always gave me stupid explanations such as, "it is the hood and vibrates when the wind hits it". I can assure you that every time I took it there, they did something to my car, because it always had a different noise or a different problem. I wish I would have sued them. If we get enough people we might be able to sue, so if you have had the same issues with this place, put a comment. I hate to see that a business who is making money out of people by being dishonest is still in business. They are not qualified to get near a car, so PLEASE do not ever take your car to ANY LOUETTA AUTOMOTIVE!!!

worst place to ever take your car!

had the worst experience there. i was lied to, everyday was another charge, manager was fired, had to take car back 6 times and problem still not resolved!

do not take your car to any of louetta automotive shops,why???? thats the question,i used to work there i end up quitting the place because there very unprofeccional also they dont want to pay their employes,they have people doing oil changes all day long that do not know anything about cars,i was theres for 6 months an i got tired of babysitting all those monkey oil change guys,i end up saving a couple engine becaus... view moree they left the shop with NO OIL,NO OIL,unreal but truth good thing i was there to notice it before it got worse,well now they dont want to pay me my last pay check after all the good things i did for the shop imagine they do this to the main back bone of the shop, the guys that do the real high quality work the right way,now imagine what they will do to you as a customer,they will rip you off i can asure you that,CHECK ALL THE REVUES AN YOU WILL SEE THAT EVERY THING IS TRUTH,DO NOT GO TO LOUETTA AUTOMOTIVE THEY WILL MAKE THOUSAND OF DOLLARS OFF YOU,AND ALSO POOR SERVICE,THE SMILE THAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU WHEN YOU GO IN,THATS WHAT YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR,NOT THE OIL CHANGE THAT THEY WILL DO ON YOUR CAR AN AT THE END THEY WILL PULL THE CAR OUT OF THE CAR BAY WITH NO OILLLL.
