Worst experience ever
I trade in my Kia 2011 for a Chevy 2012. They are nothing but liars and horrible people. They sold me a broken car. I`ve have less then 2 wks and all they will say is sorry you already bought it. The sale guy told me since still under dealer warranty he would pick it up while I`m at work and get it taken care of and back to me all while I was at work. The Service Department
I can`t say anything for the Dealership but the service dept is Excellent. I have been here multiple times for routine maintenance and for a few minor issues and the employees there are very professional, polite, and caring. They did many things I didn`t even ask for at no charge. Very satisfied with all the experiences at this location.
The parts people on the other hand can be a little cranky and less caring.

False advertising
I was interested in a new vehicle I had seen advertised. When I inquired to purchase, they said yes they still had that vehicle available and quoted a price $1500 higher than their advertised priced. When I pointed this out, they said it was because the advertised price included a $500 military incentive discount that I didn`t qualify for (I qualified for all other possible incentives). It was clear this is a shady, deceptive business, so I left before they could even get to the part where I`m almost sure they would have tried to add even more as some sort of doc fee or processing charge.

we drove up down from Ada!
We were on the search for the perfect car for our family for about a month when we came across the best deal on a Kia Sorento at Central Kia in Irving, TX. We actually traveled all the way from Ada, OK to purchase this car from them.
The relationship started out as an online quote on their website. It only took them an hour or so to respond to my request which was great! I then made the drive to Irving which was cool because we actually visited Dallas while there and made a vacation out of it.
From the second I stepped on the showroom floor I was treated with the upmost respect. I test drove the 8 cars that I had inquired about online, until I found the Sorento. The ride was very smooth and the price for the amenities that it offered was unbeatable. I really appreciated everything they did for me and I will definitely send my Ada friends down to check out Central Kia of Irving!

IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING A LEGAL SUIT WITH CENTRAL KIA!!
I called to see if I could set anything up and the operator said if you are not coming in you are not worth our time and hung up. I went down there to see why that had happened and ran into Micheal Rodriquez at the dealership and he looked at me scoffed and said you better have a trade in or a good down payment. Tried to cheat me out of rebate
I love my Kia Sportage, but if I had it to do over again, I would never go to Central Kia in Irving, Texas!!! I had a $1000 rebate coming as part of the purchase incentive. Rather than deducting it from my final cost, I chose to have the check written to me. We`d just bought a house and the cash was more important. They told me they had never done that before, but it would probably take a month to process at thei... view morer home office. That was fine, but a month later, they tried to tell me that I had rolled it into the loan. I informed them that I had not and could prove it. They backed off and said they`d check into it. I was told that the check had been cut and they would call me when it was delivered to their dealership. Another month went by and the contact person would no longer take my calls. I had to go to the dealership on a Saturday and raise my voice in the showroom before the guy would come out and deal with me. At that time, he finally decided that he would track down the check and would have it there on Monday. On Tuesday, we finally received the check when my husband had to leave work to pick it up at the dealership. What actually happened is the rebate check was received, but since most people add it to their loan, the dealership deposited all of them and forgot mine was supposed to be mailed to me. Then they had to tapdance with the home office to get another check cut. It was a total mess and they handled it in the worst way possible. If they would have just admitted the mistake and worked to fix it, I would have had a lot more patience. Honesty is the best policy and Central Kia of Irving FAILED MISERABLY!!! There is another Kia dealership in Fort Worth, and though I haven`t been there, I would certainly choose them over Central Kia in Irving.
