I have very mixed opinions about my experience at your dealership. First I will share the bad and then the good...
Bad: Tobacco spit spots on the sidewalk in front of the used car building doorway. Disgusting. Almost left because of that. Reasonably friendly service when I walked in...but not sure I would have felt that way as a female. Was connected with a salesperson who was attentive and helpful, BUT, the second ... view morewe came back to his office from being out on the lot he stuck a chew in his mouth and proceeded with our conversation while chewing and spitting in his trash can. Also, while I sat in the salespersons office I listened to the rest of the office employees belch and carry-on in the front lobby area. I ended up not buying a car that night because I didn`t get a good feeling about the people I was dealing with. It all just felt too unprofessional.
The good....A different salesperson (Dustin Davis) had been working with me over the phone during the prior two weeks. As a person in sales myself, I respected his follow up and the fact that he knew who I was when I called him. He kept me updated on the vehicles that I was interested in and kept me up to speed with his schedule. I was able to contact Dustin on his cell after my experience with the salesperson at the lot and let him know that I was still interested in the vehicle. I came out the next day and finalized the deal with Dustin. Dustin understood my time frame was tight the day I finalized the deal and had everything ready to go by the time I came in. The other positive was the level of professionalism and service I received from the gentleman that worked up my paperwork (Chris).
