The work I had done was terrible 3,300.00 of wasted money

I had 3,300.00 worth of work done on my daughter truck and it is worse now than before, I was a refund on my money. I will NEVER use firestone for anything. I feel that the most honest thing you can do is refund my money. It was a 2000 Exployer that had major work to be done to it, they kept it for longer than they quoted and it still leaks and runs terrible. I will not bring it back, I just want my money back. ... view moreI paid cash for the repairs...I want a refund! My grandkids are not safe in this truck....and I am out 3,300.00.
