They are incompetent and "slick" car salesmen. They say anything to get you to sign and then won`t keep their word when they need to repair something. We now have a "new" Suburban with cigarette holes in the seats. They are cosmetically brushed over and now considered "repaired" by Friendly Chevrolet. Substandard is my only word for them. NEVER go there.
