When there to drop my car off to get check out for a oil leak. They call me 1 hr later to tell me my problem and how much it was be. I would had thought it would had cost more but much cheaper then John Acura. The person that check out the car told me things I didnt know about my car. I was very please with everything they did for my car. I will take my car back next time if anything happen.

Honesty is a Virtue

I was so surprised when I called Kelso automotive to get an oil change and he told me that it would be best to take my new car to the dealer. He said he could do it in the shop but it`s best to use the oil of the dealer for the first few oil changes. As you can imagine, I was so surprised at the honesty and the fact that he turned down some business because he was concerned about the well-being of my car. The One and Only!!

I have been going to Kelso for 12 years and have NO complaints!! All my family calls on him when they need help. He is very honest and trustworthy. He will call you FIRST to let you know what the problem is, what needs to be done to fix it, and the cost! He is the the one and only mechanic, in all of Houston, that I allow to work on my vehicle(s)!!

Best of the Best

I have bought two vehicles from Kelso Automotive and I will by my next vehicle from them as well. They are reliable and excellent in all areas of customer service and mechanical skills. I will never go anywhere else but to Kelso`s for all my vehicle needs. I can feel safe in my wife taking my son anywhere and know the vehicle they are in will not break down or have any problems. WOW an Honest Mechanic

i will only take my car to Kelso. in fact i purchased a new car recently and made sure it was something that they would work on. They are honest, fair, and 99% of the time the final price of the repair is lower than the intial quote. they`ll tell you exactly what the problem is and fix it promptly. i had to have my radiator replaced, and about a week later it broke again (completely my fault due to a modification i ... view moremade on my own to the undercarriage) and they replaced it again completely free. they will tell you exactly what the problem is and not try and con you into fixing things that don`t need to be fixed. don`t go to anyone else!
