Reviews:
I was recommended to John Eagle Honda. I went for a visit and found a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta that I really liked. The car facts looked good and everything, after horrible negotiations we bought it $9000.00 cash. I took it home and got insurance on it and all the accessories, floor matts etc. Three days later after getting off from work I go out to my car and it will not start... I have to get someone to come and jump ... view morethe car and he tells me that once I turn it off It is not going to start again. So as I leave and its acting like it is going to die again I call the manager of John Eagle Honda. I tell him the situation and he tells me that their shop is closed but if I come tomorrow he can probably get me the battery for cheaper than I can buy it for???!! I`m like seriously? I bought this car from you 3 days ago I have been stranded and can not turn my car off right now or I will not have a car! He doesn`t seem to care. So I went to Advanced Auto Parts and they connected the battery up and found that it was below dead, they gave me a print out showing this. So I bought a battery $200 they only make one kind for this car I thought fine, I`m done just a little set back but I`m ok..then not even 24 hours later I find myself stranded again this time in Sugarland I live in Tomball This time with my 14 year old daughter with me.So I get someone to help me get going and with is acting funny again I go to another Advanced Auto Parts thinking it was the new battery. They connected the car again and this time it showed that the alternator bas either bad or I had an electrical problem I thought they had to be kidding me.So I said just don`t touch anything I`m going to try to make it to my mechanic.. So I took it to him , I had to leave the car so he could connect it to a computer. After I get this done he tells me it has 3 error codes and all can be the cause, and the cost for one is $400, one is $1000 and the other is unsure. He says what I need you to do is let me reset the computer and you drive the car until it does it again and then bring it in so hopefully it will only give me one error code. I`m like great so now I have to knowingly drive around waiting to be stranded... So I emailed my salesman at John Eagle Honda and told him and let him know the manager also never called me back to check on me.. I got no reply.Upset and feeling unheard I decided to email the Manager again and tell him everything now.. thinking well I work for a big company who strives to give excellent customer service maybe they will too and I`m just getting the wrong people. He calls my boyfriend back and asks him if we could come in and discuss the situation because he wants us to be happy. So we schedule to be off at a decent hour to go by and meet with him thinking he was going to make good with the sale. After we arrive and he begins to speak I realize he wanted nothing more than to waive papers in our face and claim they checked the car and if we wanted anything more that the only thing he could do for us was put us in a new car.I challenged the paper work and he let me hold it and once I looked there was nothing on the receipt indicating which battery for which car was tested it just said battery was good, when I tell him this he starts to backtrack and stutter and gets angry. I asked him why did you call us here and he went into this and that irrelevant comments. He states well if you would have bought a new car then you wouldn`t be having this problem. I was like wow I`m really getting no where.. Then I told him I don`t know why I`m here you don`t give a crap. He says in a firm loud voice I do give a CRAP! I told you I can put you in a new car.. at this point my boyfriend is done with this conversation and thanks him for his time and we get up and leave.I cant help feeling like they don`t care that I`m now driving around waiting for the car to die and to pay a lot more money to fix the car they sold me now not even 2 weeks ago

This is my third car that I ha...
This is my third car that I have purchased from JE and first time I felt cheated. Went into JE knowing just what I wanted. Ended up getting more of what I didn`t want and less for my trade it. What ever you do DONT even talk about your trade in until you have a firm price in writting for the car you want. And DONT pay for options you don`t want or need just because they are on the car that they have on their lot. If ... view morethey don`t have the car just the way you want it then keep looking or order it. I paid for options I didn`t want and made the mistake of talking trade in before I got a final price in writting. I agreeded on a price on the folded worksheet (look at the entire worksheet before signing anything) then during financing found out that the price included my trade in. So the way I see it I pretty much gave them my old honda. I guess I could have walked away but I am a person of word and I paid the price that I had agreeded to. But when I got home I found I had made an even bigger mistake. When I got home I found the sticker tag to this car in the glovebox. Well guess what with my trade I paid ended up paying the MSRP. So all weeks of internet research I did to find the best price went right out the window. Don`t get me wrong the car sales people are nice at JE but they are just that True Car Salesman. And forget the manager that comes over and befriends you while you wait. He gives you his bussiness card and talks about his family. Then before you leave he says to call him if you have any questions but doesn`t reply when you email him. He is just there to keep your mind off the sale. I am not saying I would not go back to JE but I will check other dealerships first even if they are a longer drive from my home. I know now that the dealership`s sales tactics have changed over the years and know what to watch for. I am enjoying my new Honda but it does take some of the enjoyment out of it knowing I paid too much.

great experience for my dream car!
I drove down from Austin to purchase my new car from John Eagle Honda and I am more than 100 percent happy with my decision. From start to finish they were not only professional, but informative, knowledgeable, and never gave me the run around. I contacted them via email about what I was looking for specifically and they got back in contact with me immediately with all the specifics I had inquired about. Though they ... view moredid not have the car that I wanted in stock on their lot, they were able to locate it for me and also got me a phenomenal deal. I first started working with George Mouton on the internet and truly it was such a pleasant experience. This was the first new car I had ever purchased and he made it hassle free and nearly painless. He was up front and honest. Shortly after agreeing to purchase the car he got promoted and Rob Marshon took over helping me finish the deal. He was just as consideration and helpful. When I made my way down there to get the car both George and Rob were there to meet me and help me finish the process. My car was beautiful and I could not be happier with the car I got, the 2011 Honda Civic SI, and the dealership I got it from. I highly recommend visiting their dealership!!

the best purchasing experience we have ever had
Excellent. Your sales person Ronnie Rodriguez was completely professional and attentive to our needs and requests. He was extremely easy to deal with and made the car buying experience the best purchasing experience we have ever had. I would recommend him to anyone who is buying a new honda.
