Prices are always double or more what you should pay to fix anything. Depending on the car you drive if its nice they will try to get more. The oil change is a good deal but they always try to sell you on stuff you don`t really need so they can make more money.

I went to Drivers for their $19.95 oil change and they told me I needed about $1000 worth of work done on my car. I just had the oil change and they replaced the serpentene belt and charged me $245. They charged me double the going rate for the belt and labor to put it on. This place is a ripoff. Don`t go here.

LOOK OUT!! Took my son`s car ...

LOOK OUT!! Took my son`s car in for the 19.99 oil change special and some other minor work. Of course they try the old up-sell by showing you how dirty all of the fluids were. They recommended a cooling system flush, brake fluid flush, transmission flush, power steering flush, throttle body and injector cleaning. Also new valve cover and oil pan gaskets. I said no thanks to all the extra repairs. When we picked it u... view morep the bill was $110.00 more than agreed upon. I ask why and was told "taxes." When they finally gave me a receipt I checked it and saw they charged me 110.00 for brake fluid flush. I stated that I declined it, and they immediately remembered that yes, I did actually decline it. They removed the charge without incident. But it WAS on the bill, and when I ask if the flush was even done they said no, it was a billing error. So all I can say is look out!!!

Run and dont look back

Just a basic oil change please after a drilling sales pitch for 15 minutes and repeating myself several times. I finally got the oil change then another drilling pitch, then told the rear main seal on my truck was leaking and they could repair it for 900$, very well knowing that repair is covered by warranty at dealership . Again and again I said ""no Thanks "". Finally got my truck back only to realize they picked u... view morep a bolt in my tire so then they repaired it with a plug !! Drove directly to the dealership and found the new oil filter they installed leaking and the rear main seal was ok and yes covered by factory warranty anyway . I really hope anyone will read this and be very aware of this establishments practices. This is very very wrong!!!

Remarkable Service

I have been a repeat customer at Drivers Auto for years and have never thought about going anywhere else for my auto repair needs. So much cheaper than the dealership prices and a reliable substitution from the dealership.

Amazing Customer Service

Took my car to Drivers Auto Repair for a brake job they got me in and out of there in no time, the staff was very professional and courteous never have I had service like this at a repair shop before.

Professional Repair Shop

Brought my car in due to a screeching sound coming from my car.

There were a few customers in front of me, so the manager offered me a ride back to my house so I didn`t have to sit and wait for the estimate in the shop.

They called me back about an hour later with the cost and the cause of the problem, turns out 2 belts needed to be replaced and they told me could have it fixed in a couple of hours and... view more they would come pick me up once the service was completed I agreed to let them do the work.

A couple of hours later they called and said the work was finished and that someone would be by to pick me up.

The staff there exceded my expectations from a repair shop.

similar experience

Price quote was WAY out of line--over $1400 for repairs that ended up costing me less than half that elsewhere. Worse, once they had my keys, their ""FREE ESTIMATE"" cost me three hours` charges.

RUN!!!

I called in to schedule service and was greeted with warmth and made aware they would provide a ride home even though it was just a simple oil change. I thought that was very generous. I went with a coupon, which was the same sale advertised on sign near road for an oil change on the most simple and standard of cars. The joker at the register said my car used the same filter like that of a cadillac and the price ... view morewould be more $15 more. Didn`t buy it, left and took my business for full price service elsewhere. I posted a review elsewhere and another or the same joker commented from Drivers that I needed to lose the ""they`re our to get me attitude"" and they are the kind of people I may be sitting next to in church. Thank God I got the vibe on this place immediately and got out of there. How dare him assess my attitude. I have a great attitude and an ever better bull-o-meter that worked well that day. And church, do we want to bring that into it? Everyone knows thats not a sure creditial. The way the writer responded to my review spoke for itself. A business owner I worked for used them regularly and I never said a bad word or mentioned my experience. They had their own bad experience and no longer use their service.
