I just needed my door fixed and when I talked to the front lady she was very condescending and rude. The owner is new his name is mike and he acts like u are not important. He cuts u off when your talking and his just rude. His son.. Who looks 16 is the one driving cars to and from places and ended up hitting another car with mine.. Not recommended

Bad communication - Lady at front desk doesn`t know anything to provide a status. Always says she has to check with owner and he isn`t always available.

Slow but still flaws - Leave your car for weeks at a time and the final outcome is still less than quality work. Take your time but do it right.

Attention to detail - Always forgot to clean my car leaving it dusty inside and dirty outside. Maybe it`s to... view more hide the imperfections.

Jekyll and Hyde - Very nice people until you question flaws (paint runs, paint chips, incomplete replacement of parts).

Forget you after you pay - Once you pay in full they throw you to the back of the line. Eventually call you a picky customer rather than fix their mistakes.

Very good work and excellent value

I only needed minor work - bumper repainting and ding removal. Their price was a full 20% lower than the large glitzy shop I have used before and they did a great job. They were recommended by a friend so I know this isn`t just my opinion. The job was finished exactly on time and they are the friendliest people.
