Great on my pocket book & the environment

The staff at A1 is always incredibly helpful and friendly. Their parts have saved me tons of money, but since they are used you do have to realize that you`re taking on some risk. If the part doesn`t work then you will get a refund but it is up to you to get it back to them (just like the return policy at any store).

DO NOT USE!

this company is a scam!! they send you defective products and when you ask for a refund they make you pay for shipping and a 20% fee even though i had a deler tell them there part was DEFECTIVE!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM!!!!

The best salvage company you`ll ever go to.

Highest quality and best organized salvage company you`ll ever deal with. Cool staff and everything they have is inventoried in their comp system. They actually make it fun. Not at all like you might think when you think of salvage yards. I`d say they are a real plus to Austin. I`ll be going back again.

Great prices and good service

I called around for a tail light for my Aerostar. They had it for cheaper than anyone else. When they got it off the car they saw a small chip on it, and so they reduced the price even more. I was cool with that!
