STAY AWAY!!! this company is giving me nothing but a massive headache with their incredible lack of customer service or even basic business etiquette. I called them a while ago looking for a seat to replace the one that got ruined in my Acura Tl. I explained to them it was my rear seat and that I needed to replace it with one I could use. They said they had one in stock that would fit my car. After paying for the... view more seat I did not get any notification that they shipped it until I asked them for it a week later. I was told THEN that bottom half of the seat was shipped to the complete wrong address and to expect it to come in another week. When the seat finally arrived it had massive indentations and scratches all over that were clearly not from normal use. I explained to them that this was not what I had said I was looking for, since it was not a "USED" seat but a "JUNKED" seat. He said if I was not happy I could send the seat back for a refund. When I emailed him to confirm this he replied with a refund that was in the amount only for the cost of the seat, and that I would have to pay both the shipment fees for sending me the seat and me sending it back. I sent the seat anyway, and at this moment I haven`t heard from them despite multiple attempts at contacting them. I also have received NO money what so ever, and at this point am about to report them to the BBB as a scam. Ordering any parts from this company is not worth dealing with the people that work there
