MORITZ BMW Arlington TX. Anyone in the search for a used or used certified BMW please read below before you search for a car on their website. I bought my certified 7 series form Moritz 10 months ago. Nice car but it was missing parts from the doors which caused wind noise and still passed their certification programme. Since the parts were missing none is covered under warranty. After taking the delivery I had p... view moreroblems with the car one after the other. Every time they looked at my car they broke something else. I am serious last thing they did to my car was front breaks and I guess they dropped one of the weight from the wheel that disrupted the balance. My point is my car wont drive the same after leaving their service department not once every time I took the car for service. Since I live in Arlington it is convenient for me to take the car to Moritz till an episode happened couple of weeks ago that gave me the opportunity to compare Moritz with BMW of Dallas. As I mentioned above the last service I got done was the break job and as always something would go wrong. So I was in Dallas with family and my Car prompted to slow down and take the car to the nearest BMW service, the transmission had mal functioned and all sort of lights turned on. So I call BMW service through the onboard system, operator connected me to the closest service center and that happened to be BMW of Dallas. I never took my car anywhere other than Moritz. This was my first experience with any other service center. They were 10x busier than Moritz but I was glad I didn`t have to wait that long, anyways as usual they took the information from me, car was under warranty. Since I didn`t buy the car from them I was not eligible for a loaner car, but still the service manager got me a rental car free of charge. After 2 hours I got a followup email on the status of the repair that they didn`t get a chance to look at the vehicle today, and will get back to me first thing tomorrow morning. Next day around 10am I got a followup email that the car should be ready by noon. Then I got a call from the service manager that the car is ready, and he explained me the problem and they fixed it by replacing some electronic component. That was quick. Anyways after getting my car serviced from them I feel so much better driving it, I had no cross linked issues, they also noticed that Moritz didn`t bother to reset the service alerts on the work they did in the past. So they took care of it. They inspected the breaks and balancing issue and I guess they fixed it because I dont feel any problem with the car wobbling at 60 - 70mph.

Horrible Service

We have purchased 3 vechiles from the location in Arlington. They sales department was very nice and it went well, but when we had service issues it was impossible to get help. I would call and never get anyone only voicemail. Then I finally got someone they told me I had to call a Ford dealership. When I called a Ford dealership they said onyl the dealership I bought it from could help me. So I called and called aga... view morein. No answers from anyone. This was on a weekday morning around 11am not a really busy time. Then when I asked the operator about it and asked her to find someone. She got VERY rude and said I should just leave a message. I grew up in a dealership I know if she really wanted tohelp me she cold page somone. Finally I called the location in Fort Worth. The operator was very helpful and nice. She stayed on the line with me and when no one answer there either she took my name and number and said she would personally go give it to someone. Moral of the story they are great with the sale but horrible if you need help afterwards.
