We had a really amazing experience. I will be buying all my cars from Shaun Fender from now on. We drove in from out of town so it was important that everything was in order before I arrived. Shaun handled most of the paperwork over the phone. We were in and out of the dealership with a new truck in less than one hour, and most of that hour was spent looking at the truck. Daniel(finance) had all the financing paper... view morework in order and I actually only spent about 10 minutes in his office. The entire process was ridiculously easy and enjoyable. It was a really amazing experience!!

I think that everything went well. The salesman was very good to me. What i mean by that is that he was`nt pushie at all.

Sneaky

Did not find out they had initiated a car loan in my name until the loan went deliquent. Seems they also put another address on the loan application so that the finance company did not know how to tell me when I was late. Finally the finance company made a connection (by Google?) and let me know that I was buying a truck from these folks. Guess they had to make a sales quota. In their favor, they did contact me abou... view moret cosigning for my daughter. But then, nothing. My assumption was that they financed the truck in her name. Not so, when after two years I got paperwork, her name was no where on the documents.
