I waited several hours for A/C...
I waited several hours for A/C recharge. The first manager took my info and understood what I wanted. He left before the second manager arrived. The second manager never bothered to call out to anyone who`s car was done. A bunch of us were sitting around waiting, when he could have easily looked behind him for the "done" files. Turns out I was waiting in vain. The mechanics were waiting for him to call me t... view moreo get my permission to move forward with my A/C recharge. Between the time the second manager came in and I finally spoke up, the second manager was taking on more customers. When I brought up his lack of attention to the "done" customers, he said that he was short of people and had lots of new customers to process.
Common sense and greed do not go together. If you are lacking manpower, don`t take on more customers.
