The second you get there they attack you like sharks in a feeding frenzy! Once you get out of your car they will try and qualify you by asking condescending questions. After you pick out a car of their choice, probably the cheapest one, they will insist you come in and no matter what you tell them they do not care. Their whole goal is to trap you inside. The whole reason for this is to keep your eyes away from the most important thing which is the price that they have raised over the Msrp. Can they do it? Yes. Should they? Absolutely not! Even if hey sell you the car at invoice these thieves are still making money off hold back. They will try and keep you away from the price by lowering your payment a little. If you have a trade and you are upside-down they will tell you that they are paying off the balance but all theydo is raise ythe price again just to show you more for your trade. Don`t let the music and that damn gong that people are hitting fool you. All the balloons and the music and the food are there not because they are nice and want you to have fun it`s to distract you and raise the sticker price on you . trust me I worked there and they do not care about customers just money!

Beware people I have a story to tell you Three women went to go purchase a car from Charlie Clark Nissian, One of the women had purchased a car with Charlie Clark Nissian. They kept calling her to come and see the 2013 that she would qualify to get one. So she went with two of her friends and she saw what she wanted. They did even explain how they came to that amount. They went back and they all three told us different stories, financial man told us that the car cost that amount and that it could not cost 18,900, the middle man who said he explain to us that he told her money was carried over to the price of the car, the sales person said you signed the contract which was disappointing because she trusted this gentleman to make sure she got what she asked for in the beginning on the phone with this sales man who assured her that there was no problem. Beware don`t not sign the contract or trust a sales man. Especially Charlie Clark Nissian he is all about money not honesty. To bad I liked the guy until I found out what was more important to him Money and Greed.

My wife and I wandered into this stealership after recieving a mailing. As SOON as we entered the fking driveway we encountered 10 or so Vulture salesmen literally STANDING IN THE ROAD TRYING TO STOP US!!!! I have bought several vehicles over the years, by far the worst dealership. The manager, well i wouldn`t call him that, the worst ever, very childish. worst experience ever, I highly recommend these people to no one.

Horrible sales tactics. Sales...
Horrible sales tactics. Sales people like James Pesarles pressure you and lie to you to mis lead you into buying a car. They will do anything so you can take the car home. The sales person told my wife to take the car home with no commitment and if I didnt agree with the deal she could take it back. To my surprise, when we go back to return the vehicle the sales person didnt recall anything and was given us the ... view morerun around. What a bunch of liar. I went and return the car on their lot. I dont want it because its to expensive and payment is too high. Also, they didnt even give the trade value for my vehicle that he had discuss with me. I will be taking them to court. I cant let them get away with it.

Liars, liars, liars, unethical selling practice
Horrible selling tactics.. Take advantage of people who just dont know.. My mother was sold a 2011 xterra for 30k.. 1hr after she left check engine button appeared.. My mother does not speak or read English all paper work was In English.. Everything they promised was not on there.. She traded in her 2004 xterra they gave her 3500 when they verbally told her they`d pay it off 7500.. When I went back two hours after she purchased vehicle I was told to come back in morning and they would allow her to get a different vehicle.. They wasted our time bc when we went back they wanted us to trade in vehicle which was - 7,000 bc the vehicle wasn`t worth what they sold it to her.. From one day to the next the vehicle devaluated $7,000... What a rip of.. It`s been a whole week and we haven`t been able to speak to someone with authority just a bunch of jerks who waste our time... Charlie Clark shoul really look into his sales people bc to my understanding he`s trying to help people not screw them over.. I bet he`d be upset too if his nana had been taken advantage off...

Bad service
This place is really bad, I bought a car from them and they were sooo nice and I referred someone to them and they refused to give me the referral bonus they promised, they never put it on the deal even though they were told to, they gave me the run around and then when I got to talk to a director about it 3 months later, he didnt even hear me out and he started yelling at me telling me he wasn`t going to do anything... view more about it. Filter swapped
My wife took them our nissan altima for an oil change and they also did an all around check on the vehicle, one thing they marked that needed to be changed out was an air filter. I didn`t think twice about it because i had just changed it out with a Fram air filter, about a month previously. Another month goes by and i pull out the air filter to clean it and it turns out to be an old dirty filter they swapped out wit... view moreh my Fram filter. NIGHTMARE DEAL f-maldonado
In 02/12/11 bought a black murano there it had some scratches and front towing cap missing they were to fix this problem at a future date ok, so a month go bye had it 3 times in the paint shop and they couldn`t fix it . Then a day before I`m supposed to pick it up, got a call from there finance department that they still needed some paperwork of mine to approve my loan.....WHAT THE HELL!!!!!! after a month, and ... view morethey didn`t had an idea if my vehicle was taken care off or not they just wanted their paperwork, So I didn`t take this vehicle back and got another for that reason, but the kicker was that I work in Chicago and had to fligh to Texas to take care of this matter, my wife had been without a vehicle in this time they didn`t offer a loner for the duration of the repair, so I thought, I should take care of this personally because I wasn`t happy how they been handling this situation (This was 03/05/11 ) Last week ( 03/30/11 ) got a call from them telling me they got me a better rate and that I had to sign a diffrent contract with the new numbers, so I said OK Wahtever to `COWBOY , Mr. Trevino" because don`t like the guy, and it was useless in my opinion because it only drop my pmt. $5.00 which it won`t make me more richer or poorer So today (04/04/11) monday I had the paper work in my car ready to drop off after work, but Mr. Trevino decided to call me at work asking if I had mailed the new contract and in the Back Ground I Could Hear His General Manager a Guy named RIGO Which Was Been An( Creep ..had to change it to this otherwise its profanity F**#$#IT) Talking Crap and I Was with my Supervisor at work while this happend so I had to bee cool Now I`m trying to get a hold of this guy to put a formal complaint against him, but they are not passing me threw to him now.
The only two desent persons I deal with there were EARNIE CASTILLO Sales man and MAX In Financing but they were change to diffrent locatons.
So Overall I like the Nissan Brand, But THIS CHARLIE CLARK NISSAN SUCKS THE BIG ONE WILL NEVER DO BUSINEES THERE AGAIN

$9995 NOT TRUE
Charlie advertises the Nissan Sentra for 9995; this is false advertisement. I went to the dealership and asked to see the 9995 car and they gave me 3 lame excuses. The manager gave me the worst excuse, he said that it was a standard vehicle and that they had sold it in the morning, I cant believe that people like him can have management positions.
