Detail service here is outstanding. I called four places including Platinum Touch for a qoute on my Tahoe to get it fully detailed. First of all they were on of the cheapest which I normally dont go for that because I know you get what you pay for, but my best friend said they were good and she takes her Lexus there on a monthly basis. So anyways when I went to pick up my Tahoe this was by far the cleanest I`ve had i... view moret in years, and had just recently took it to Shining Star in the summer time and paid more and it was pretty crappy because I spotted alot wrong with it, but this time around I couldnt even find something to be picky about or something that wasnt cleaned! Seat belts were very clean after they were black and dirty I never knew theyd come out that clean. Floors and headliner from where the kids are came out perfect, overall the quality and price was amazing I just had to give them a $25 tip because i felt they did way more worth. The guys there were kind and very helpful as well. Id recommend with two thumbs up!

This place has absolutely TERR...

This place has absolutely TERRIBLE service. The dealership recommend I go here for my tinting since I didn`t have time in Dallas. So I went to go get my tinting done and there were bubbles and scratches on the tint. Not to mention, the way they cut the tint was jagged and definitely not smooth. The OWNER, James, told me they would have enough time to do it in 2 hours and later blamed me for not giving him enough time... view more. They also cut a piece of rubber off my car and didn`t even tell me. I had to look around at the job they did and tell him, and he told me that it happens and that its cosmetic damage. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So he told me to come back and bring the car the whole day and he`ll do it right. He told me to bring it in on Monday or Tuesday if I could because those were his best days. So I brought it in on Monday at 8:30 AM and he told me that his tinter wasn`t there today. I brought my car back the following Friday and reminded him that the four windows needed to be done especially my driver`s side because there was a big bubble in it. Right when I said that he told me he didn`t want to deal with my pickyness and to take my car somewhere else and that with any tinting job there`s going to be something wrong with it. WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE WHEN YOU KNOW THE OWNER DOESN`T MIND THERE BEING SOMETHING WRONG WITH HIS WORK?? He did promise me before that he would do a paint sealant on my car which he kept his word on, but I was a little nervous that he would mess that up too but it turned out to look good. He also said he would get someone out here to get a quote on the piece of rubber, but by that time I had already called my dealership and arranged for them to replace it. I would`ve had him do it, but I just don`t want to deal with him, his horrible customer service, and his terrible auto service. The owner doesn`t take responsibility for his actions and treats the customer like crap. I honestly don`t know how he is still in business. I`ve seen a few decent reviews and a few terrible ones but it seems like a toss up whether or not you`ll get good service. Go at your own risk.

I would say that this is one of the better places you can take your vehicle to. I only trust a very few people or businesses with my vehicles because I know the reality of things. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places and their work is pretty solid. Not only have I had details and car washes here recently and the in the past, their tint service is outstanding. Had my BMW tinted over here, then the... view morey tinted a few rooms in my bedroom and I was satisfied with the quality, the price, and the service. I`m sure most of us can say that we`ve had poor service jobs whether it`s in the auto industry or lawn care industry or etc. but I must say it`s pretty solid here and can trust them with my vehicle. I would recommend.

Will never step foot in this p...

Will never step foot in this place again. Asked to get my SUV waxed and BUFFED, clean the interior and engine bay. They literally just painted the vehicle with some wet shine crap like at the drive through car wash. Obvious because the top of the vehicle hadn`t even been washed so you could see the "over-spray". There must be a gallon of this stuff on my car now, engine bay included. Thought I was gett... view moreing charged a little much but thought hey, I don`t mind paying for a job well done. So if you want your car waxed and think of taking it there, just save yourself the time and go get 5 gallons of "wet shine", then dump it on your car.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I`VE EVER HAD. The owner ""james"" told me over the phone the price for 2 front window tint would be $65, he didn`t install the tint properly and then charged me for his mess up ($110). He refused to give me back my keys and I had to call the cops just to try and settle the matter. He looked like he needed the money for the holiday and the $110 wasn`t worth wasting a day of my time. He won`t be in business much longer at this rate. He is a complete liar to your face.
