They were all nice and said all the right things. Now after about 2 months in the shop everyday a call and ask about my car, it will be done the next day. That was a week ago and it will be done tomorrow. it was to be completed today.They have lied to me for 5 days now. I would never tell a friend to go there.

About three weeks ago I was involved in a collision that left my car unable to be driven. I was in Houston for the weekend, but I live in Austin. Luckily my car was covered under the manufacturer`s warranty which included free towing. Upon arrival the tow truck driver recommended Expro Auto Collision and stated that I would be able to get a rental immediately. Upon arrival I was introduced to Sal, one of the managers, who assured me that I could in fact drive off in a rental later that day. Sal was very helpful and understanding of the situation as I was a bit panicked and scatterbrained at the moment. My last car accident was over 6 years ago and it was a horrifying accident that resulted in three cars being totaled out. Consequently I was definitely shell-shocked. Sal was extremely helpful in walking me through the claim process with my insurance company and I did in fact drive off in a rental. I had to return t Austin because I am a graduate student there, and throughout the entire process, Sal kept me updated on the status of my car. I was able to pick it up yesterday and it looks brand new. I drive a manual Mustang that has unique over the top stripes that are a dealer exclusive. My car had been previously dinged in a hit and run incident in a parking lot so there was surface damage on my rear bumper. They were able to fix this as well as an extremely reasonable cost compared to the estimates I had received from other shops. The also maintained the integrity of my stripes which extend to the lower rear bumper. In addition Mustangs have custom cores for their tires and my car had distinctive rims as well. Everything was replaced to look completely new and my car is as gorgeous as it was when I bought it. Overall I couldn`t be happier with the service I received. I appreciated how the shop handled everything with the insurance company. I was even picked up from the bus stop by someone from the shop which is definitely above and beyond regular service. Throughout the entire process Sal kept me updated and even dealt with spam calling from my mom. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. My car was freshly washed when I picked it up which is something NONE of the Ford Dealerships in the Houston area have done for me regardless of how long they`ve kept my car. Definitely the best experience I could have hoped for given the circumstances!

Took my car in for repairs. Insurance company did their part by authorizing repairs, but still Expro took over three months to fix my car. Expro was eager for me to authorize repairs, but after I did they took no interest in taking care of my situation promptly. The paint job is now peeling and the mechanical work had to be redone. I would call your insurance company and see who they recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish!

Giovanni assured us our truck would be like new again and we would have something to drive no matter what-and he wasn`t kidding! When our rental ran out on the insurance, he made sure we had a loaner at no charge. We worried that our truck was beyond repair. we thought it would at least be evident that it had been through somekind of wreck but Moe assured me that his people know how to handle every detail from dealin... view moreg with a difficult insurane company to fantastic body work on the truck. Anytime I felt a concern, Moe`s response was ""take a look"", ""let me show you why"", ""here are some current photos"" etc... Very patient and always willing to take time for your needs. I am a nosey customer but everyone at Expro made me feel like the only customer they had though they were dealing with a workload that could overwhelm the best multitasker!

Never would go back there!

When I first arrived I thought Geovanny was going to take care of me. He seemed very nice and provided great customer service.

However, after over a month later I had finally gotten my car returned. I was promised earlier and didnt get that promise. I was also told to meet there twice and both times no one knew that I was supposed to be there. I thought at least have the decency to call me and cancel our meet... view moreing. One of my locks was broken from my car, and I was not even informed about it. I did not notice until I got home about my lock the same day I picked it up. The lock they replaced it with does not even match the rest of them. I was completley unhappy with their service. I did not even want to return to bring up my borken lock issue because I just never want to deal with them again.

The work on the car did come out well, and they did have the decency to clean the inside of my car. The broken lock should not have been a secret and they should have brought it up if they were the one who broke it.

Expro is Great!!

When I first went to Expro I spoke with Geovanny and he handled everything with my car and took care of my $500 deductible. After getting my car fixed I wanted to sell it and Expro purchased the car and took it off of my hands. Expro ended up being more than I ever expected and I would recommend them to anyone!

He even pointed out some flaws that he seen that another dealer had done. Not only did he point them out he also took care of them at no extra charge.
