Run away. Dealership tried to steal $30,000 for a $11,900 Yaris hatchback. That was after negotiating a completely different (lower) price. Hard to understand business practice of dealership. I had pre-approved financing from my credit union. I only talked finance because dealership wanted to "beat" my credit union`s offer. Those posting 5 stars must have relatives working there (or be actual employees).

I bought my car here in 2008 and the sales department was very helpful and professional. Every other department, however, is terrible. I had troubles with the service department from the start, but kept going back because they were the closest one to me. Yesterday, I called to ask a simple question about a potential repair and got passed around from department to department, hung up on before I could even speak, sent... view more to voicemail (I left two messages; neither call was returned). Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. I called another dealership, farther away, and got the answer I needed in 5-6 minutes. Compared to the 5-6 HOURS I spent trying to deal with AutoNation (their new name), it was great. Very disappointed. Will NOT be buying another car or service from this business.

I bought a used vehicle here. The salesman was great as well as the financial manager, but I`ve never dealt with a worse person when it came to the sales manager. He was arrogant and condescending. He offered several thousand below resale value on the trade in I brought. When he spoke with me, he referred to me in this manner, "Hey Bud, that`s just not gonna happen!" I was shocked at the blatant lack o... view moref respect towards me and the person with me. He kept pressuring me to sign paperwork before final numbers were discussed. He was pushy and underhanded. Luckily the financial manager took over from there, cleared things up and he was spot on with attitude and respect towards the consumer. Steer clear of this guy.

Great Service by Yahya at Champion Toyota Corpus

Yahya was very professional. Not pushy, answered all questions I had. I left the dealership with a new truck, could not adjust to it, went back, and they allowed me to get another one that suited my needs much better.

Satisfied Buyer

After a long afternoon shopping at other Houston car dealerships with sub-par sales consultants who barely spoke English, I was pleased with our sales consultant, Jovan Rodriguez.
